Did you see that goddammit dunk on the fastbreak over that guy? That was a dunk was a dunk you do if you're wide open or in a dunk contest and markelle flew over an actual defender holy smokes.

We have to try to retain him he's our third best player.

This trade wasn't some conspiracy - it was just a GM wanting AD bad enough where in most people's eyes he overpaid by a long shot to get him.

Dude works so hard especially on his form of 3 point shot. Give him a chance to show what he's got this season before extending him. But I think we have a steal easily and Markelle could be a Star!

So when are we going to see the 3 point shot he is working so hard for? End of season again, when nothing matters any more?

Well when that's exactly how it plays out, will you apologize?

This has the potential to be golden.

I'll say this... I'm starting to think Mosely will only be able to find time for AB at 2 guard. Markelle and Cole are simply better options at PG. After we drafted him, I thought Black would squeeze out Cole... but after a couple of preseason games, it was obvious that Black is a major maaaaajor project. Nothing but a good thought in theory. Basketball wise, he's way too raw. He hustles and has size which makes him somewhat of use on the defensive side of the ball, but that's where it ends as far as reliability.

It's Suggs vs Black at this point... and that's purely a battle for backup. Jett should beat both of them out to be our starting 2.

Fultz gets way too much hate for how good he is. He just makes winning plays, has a high basketball IQ and very crafty. People don't like that he doesn't shoot threes, but he doesn't have to because he can just get by defenders at will for an easy layup, dumpoff, or his elite mid range jumper. They better extend him soon as his value continues to rise.

He doesn’t get hate, he gets analysis of his skills and fit

The one he made looked smooth. If he gets to where he actively hunts shots, we got a Big 3.

“Playing the right way” isn’t just not shooting. I’d like to see him get 18ppg

Fultz should be more assertive on offense instead of looking for his teammates most of the times!

He's too talented to passive!

Where as Paolo forces things when he has the ball, especially on the perimeter which leads to turnovers!

He had a couple beautiful give-and-go plays in preseason game-2. I felt like I was watching Princeton play an NCAA game. Really nice set plays from coach perfectly executed by Fultz.

p.s. more on Princeton, F-Wagner had a bunch of backdoor plays. Wow those were fun to see.

Well whether I think Fultz is a our PG of the future for not "here we go", contract year for him, his backup, and competition from the youngins should keep the season spicy.

If we struggle, I think we offload. Not tank, but play our rookies more. Trade Fultz or Cole. Maybe both.

Whether Black is a project or not, he is either the future and thats why we drafted him. Or we wasted the pick. As with anything. Time will tell.

Howards shooting in 2 games is showing promise as to why he was 11th and a reach. Hopefully that continues.

Fultz July 1: "I want to thank the Orlando Magic organization for their patience and support. I wouldn't be the player and man I am without the love I've felt here from players, coaches, and fans...but I'm taking my talents to South Beach"

I honestly think this organization is holding Fultz back as a player! I mean he says he worked on his offensive game such as pull up 3s and iso ball, which made me believe might play a bit off the ball during media day interviews!

But somehow he's deferring to his teammates! (I'm sorry I keep harping on that lol) he also had zero turnovers yesterday against Cleveland in 20 minutes!

He just makes the game look so easy when he's on the court and that bothers me knowing he could impose his will on the game, if coaches give him the green light!

I wouldn't worry about it. If Markelle left, we'd still have $50m to sign some players.

Siakim, Heild, and a few others. Players could come available, too.

I doubt its about coaches. Fultz rarely does something outside his safe zone. He has low tolerance for mistakes. Similar to Ben Simmons.

I don’t think this is true. I don’t think Fultz psychs himself out or anything if he misses a shot, because he can get to the rim almost at will, especially in transition, and he often does that to get something going for himself or to start a run for the team.

I think it might be that he’s over confident in his driving/midrange game because of that ability, so he doesn’t feel as much pressure to generate something from outside. That’s where he needs to train himself to trust that outside shot more.
