I'm a little concerned that Marjon may just be broken. I wish he had some of that unfounded confidence that we see from guys like Nwora. A lot of his decisions would be winners if he just made them immediately as they become available.

Yeah I had hoped it was something that could just be coached, but you can tell he is making the right decisions -- just not on time.
