When Jerrod Mayo was a young LB, he said something like "I'm pretty sure I can run faster than Tedi Bruschi, but he always gets to the ball(carrier) before I do anyway."

A couple of early Horford defensive plays made me think of that.

On the other hand, a couple of early Knick highlights featured Porzingis standing around not doing much.

TBH, when Jrue, Brown, Tatum and Zinger are all on the floor, whomever is the with them is like a 6th-Man.

When I first saw this I LOLed.. Then I looked at the Box-score. And Yes Poole went off.. 41 points.. Deni went 1-4 .. But then I noticed Muscala going off for 20 points with a 5 for 7 from 3..

So changing course I want Muscala back.. Moose > Kornet.. Imagine Moose getting the wide open looks with this roster.. Those already wide open lanes for the Js and company would be even bigger with Moose.

Unless he gets traded to another team first and they cut him or they then can trade him back to the Celtics. I’m not 100% sure on this but that’s what I thought I heard on Locked on Celtics with John Karelis.

Horford is such a professional that amidst the fifth starter debate, he not only came off the bench against the Knicks but also chose to miss the Hornets game so Joe doesn't have to make that choice.

With Al out, I'd assume we'll see the same starting 5 as we saw the last game.

Kornet will of course be the 1st big off the bench.

After that, I'm sure we'll see either Gabriel or Queta. We might see both of them play in this game (probably not at the same time). Or perhaps only 1 of them will get minutes.

But it will be interesting to see between Gabriel and Queta, if only 1 of them gets in the game, which one is it? If they both play, who goes into the game first? Which one gets more minutes? Between those 2 guys and Kornet, who plays better?

Also, aside from the bigs mentioned above, will the rest of the rotation look the same as it did in Tuesday night's game, or will Joe switch it up a bit for this game?
