I hate being the pessimist but he is going to run everything into the crapper and we are going to underachieve worse than the historic playoff exit we just had. Never been a fan of these players coaches types. Give me a mastermind nerd of the game anyway of the week. We just had our first clue today.
The exciting expectations we have been set up with the addition of Dame will shape up to be one of the biggest rug pulls in NBA history. All led by AG. Dame will then execute the next phase of his plan by requesting to Miami again only this time we will capitulate and probably add assets and end up taking Tyler Herro. Our failure will then be complete and Giannis is gone for nothing.
Trash Griffin
Hot damn, this is an all time realgm post. What a preseason.

Horst has gotta go back to the drawing board and actually work with Griffin in finding a suitable replacement now. Someone who knows his place while being a valuable offensive mind on staff.
Giving a completely unproven Griffin that much power doesn’t seem very wise. This team is playing for the title.

In the Bud era, the Bucks had the reputation of being a team where relationships were v good and animosities were v less.
AG has ruined this by screaming at Stotts in front of all the players. I do not like what AG has done—— assuming of course that the reported story is true.
I didn’t like the Bud firing and now I am regretting it even more.
The story of the great getting together of Dame and Giannis now has a big shadow cast over ir. Extremely unhappy with what happened.

Seemed like things were calming down. Guess it was just the eye of the hurricane.

I guess little kitty cat Terry couldn't hang in the room full of dogs that we've constructed. Good, this is how you find out and is part of the process.
You weaklings that are crying about this need to understand that our coach is basically a pj/bobby type. Hes not **** around.
Our offense will run itself. Its called "the train," and all four horsemen are taking a turn.
Chooooo chooooooooooo

So you were happy with a coach who sh.. himself every PO series was outcoached in pretty much every playoff series. He had other coaches laughing at him for the mi.stakes he made.He had players questioning his decisions on D team was near dead last in half court O n should of won at least 2 chips.
AG wtf guy is 0-0 never seen fans ever so against a HC who hasnt even played 1 RS season game yet.Stotts was a AC not a head coach he showed AG no respect by walking over to the players when grif said he wabted to talk to the coachez. That was a dick move.If my boss wanted to meet with my group and i left to talk to another group i would expect to be yelled at to.Grif is the HC dont like it thrn dont watch the games.WTF people give the man a chsnce

I appreciate Bud for coaching the Bucks to its first championship in 50 years. I can write much more but there is no point.
And yes I do think AG should not have insulted Stotts in front of all the players. If he had to critique Stotts, he should have done it in private behind closed doors.

Come on guys. This “yelling at Stotts” thing took place at an NBA shoot around, not in a corporate office setting. These are two completely different things.

Stotts walking away wanting to talk to Dame and Giannis could have been unthinking eagerness/excitement to convey a message. Not looking to disrespect AG. Or maybe there's been bubbling issues we aren't aware of and this was end of the line. But blasting a vet coach in front of other players and coaches isn't a dawg move, it's a dick move. Not a PhD leadership move either.

I believe they still expect the same level of professionalism that you would find at corporate job.

As someone who took "leadership" classes in college one of the first things you learn is to handle your stuff in private when possible, not publicly
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"

Seems like a bit of a compatibility thing. Griffin doesn't like to be undermined and Stotts doesn't like to work with ****.

Re: Stotts Steps Down
I think the team had a higher floor and higher ceiling, with Stotts as assistant.
I think our talent still makes a title possible.
I think AG could still be a great coach, we don’t know yet.
Giannis wanted AG, and Im glad we have Giannis.
