Who's the 2nd greatest power forward of all time?

Post#1 » by KGtabake » Fri Oct 20, 2023 5:17 am

If we consider that Tim Duncan is #1.
Accolades, statistics, impact on their teams and in the league at the time they were playing. All in the mix.

Harder to decide than you would think. Garnett's impact on both sides is hard to look past. Dirk pretty much brought in the new age of 7ft outside shooters. Giannis has kg like impact but is still to young overall to get the vote. I'm going kg while saying in 10 years it's highly expected to be giannis

Giannis needs to learn more offensive skillset than just bulldoze his way to the rim before we can consider that, don't you think? This should be a fun season for the Bucks, looking forward on Giannis/Lillard duo in Milwaukee

I chose Dirk but Giannis could end up taking his spot when it’s all said and done.

He averaged over 31 ppg last season. Scoring is not his issue.

Definitely isn't the pedophile.

I'd say KG was the "better player," but Dirk had the better career.

Dirk is really overrated on Realgm. He isn’t better than Barkley or Malone

Malone gets underrated because he's a creepy pedo.

Malone, Barkley or KG. But Giannis will claim this spot on retirement.

2 time mvp malone getting some disrespect. his longevity is top 3 all time with kaj and lebron.
would've been at least a 1 time champ if not for jordan.

dirk has the most romantic career path. 1 time mvp during an embarrassing post season, robbed in 2006 and championship with the 1 team hes been on, finally breaking through/ playing hero and vs the miami superteam that everyone hated.

KG maybe had the most talent but imo was never the scorer people made him out to be. finally winning one on the celtics superteam.

its interesting how multiple people can say that on here about malone randomly, but any mention of things from other players like say Kobe gets an auto strike or ban. when both men admitted wrong.

imo just leave that out of basketball rankings.

I voted for Karl Malone. Polemics aside, still the best career IMHO.

Dirk and KG get overrated a lot here, but that's old news.

Barkley gets underrated too.

That being said, I really, really believe Giannis will surpass all of them until the end of his career.

Tim Duncan is the second-greatest power forward of all time. Larry Bird is the greatest.
Banned temporarily for, among other sins, being "Extremely Deviant".

Maybe because one is 100% factual beyond a reasonable doubt? Just like R Kelly. And no, harming a child is beyond leaving on rankings. To also conflate adultery with pedophilia is also wild.
