+1 Like a teenager with bad acne.

Just hit a good clip when they leave him wide open for the shot and I think he's a 20ppg, 50%+fg and gets to the line 6-8x a game.

Scottie looks way bigger and stronger this season. He looks a good 240+ lbs, straight beasting and dominating in the post. I fully expect a Giannis like breakout year of 20+p/8+ reb/7+as and this is my low estimate if he gets the chance to run the offence with high usage.

It's not as outlandish as it sounds. All that would require is a 5ppg, 1rpg, 2apg jump. By no means minor, but assuming that his FGA takes a jump with FVV being gone, and the offense actually moving more, assists should be "easier" to come by, and the fact that he averaged 7.5rpg in his rookie season.

It's honestly not that far fetched. My concern is what the efficiency looks like, damn near any player in the NBA can put up 30ppg if they get enough shots.

Problem is he's one of the worst in the league at hitting wide open shots. But if he could work his way up to passable/decent that should help.

The only players who actually put up 20/8/7 last year were Jokic and Doncic (LeBron and Sabonis were close), so it's definitely daunting as a "low estimate". I just want to see progression as a scorer and an improved jumper.

The 7 assists is definitely the hardest one to achieve because it relies on your teammates being able to hit shots.

He should just be living in the paint nevermind open perimeter shots.. too bad our management slow AF to build a proper team around him...

The assists are definitely going to be the make or break stat in that case, but even in the event he puts up 20/7/5 thats huge and really just a 5ppg increase.

That would make him one of only 6 players to do that last year, and I don't see putting up another 5ppg as a daunting task.

I haven't been this excited to watch a 40-win team in a long time. **** the Leafs and the Jays. Watching Scottie develop on this mid team is way more interesting than watching those frauds lose in the first round of the playoffs.

Ffs :(

Best case recovery time is 2-4 weeks for minor to moderate sprain. Severe sprain 6-8. Probably won't see him until next month.

It’s a recurrent issue for him, his ankles ligaments need some good rehab

Let's wait for an actual diagnosis.

We'll find out more tomorrow.

It's still possible he plays Wednesday. 5 days to heal up.

He needs to start wearing those things that Steph Curry wears over his socks.
