The same Parker that averaged 25 a game on 60% shooting that series?
Yup that one. Meanwhile Duncan was still the focal point of the offense
and also single-handedly held up the paint defense...against a team who could only score in the paint
Not really fair to compare Parkers' MVP with Iguodala who literally only got it because of his defense on Lebron who I may add averaged 36/13/9 and who was in contention to win finals MVP himself, but everyone is entitled to their opinion.
Iguodala averaged 16-6-4 (52% FG, 40% 3PT) that series, had the highest TS% on the Warriors, had the highest NetRtg by far on the Warriors, and was a big part of holding LeBron to sub 40% shooting and 48% TS.. he absolutely was the Finals MVP that year. He saved us with a ton of clutch shots and held LeBron well below his typical efficiency, ignored above so LeBron's counting stats could be used instead (LeBron played all but 14 minutes in the series, all of which were garbage time, and had a 41% USG rate)
