If the Bucks struggle to start the season they can talk about Reilly being willing to offer Lowry/Robinson/one first for Giannis since clearly the Dame/Giannis pairing won’t work.

Beal basically said it was close with Milwaukee but he chose Phoenix. I assume we would've had to include Jrue in a deal for Beal as well. Not sure I would've loved that move.

I wonder what moves Milwaukee was going to make that Beal didn't like.

It had to be Jrue. With Middleton and Brook being impending free agents, from a purely financial perspective there's no way to make a deal work without including Jrue or Giannis.

Probably, but he did say moves so I wonder who else was involved. Was it always Grayson?

JFC. This place never ceases to amaze me with dumb takes.

Give AJ Green 5+ threes per game and he’ll have a higher three point percentage than whatever Ray’s best year was.

People should be able to get banned for obscenely bad takes like this.

AJ green shot 42% on 3 attempts per game in his rookie season. Some garbage time but not all of it.

Ray average more than 8 3PA per game twice with the Sonics. Just over 39% between those two seasons. Give AJ Green 8 attempts per game off the Dame and Giannis gravity and let’s see what happens. Especially if the other option is Beasily.

Wouldn’t it needed to have been Jrue/Grayson/Pat to make it work salary wise? So that plus the same draft assets that went out for Dame.

But the Wiz weren’t under the same pressure as the Blazers so they would have made Horst re-route Jrue and Pat for younger assets. And I’d assume that was a sticking point because Horst didn’t want it to leak that he was moving Jrue in case the deal fell through.

I'm not sure I would take Beal over Jrue straight up let alone adding assets.

Yeah, it would be tough because Beal has never shown anything near Dame’s level. How much gravity does Beal really have? I guess he can breakdown a defense on the drive but can he make the right pass once that occurs?

Would have gave up more for a lesser player. Man, was luck on our side.

Bet Dame is in Phoenix if Bucks land Beal. Glad its the other way around.

Sweeet, let's set him up as a DH free throw shooter for Giannis. Or just have him hunt fouls.

I love AJ Green BUT I can't ignore my boy Hamidou Diallo ... Is he still free agent ?
Hooooooooooorst pick him up already.
An athletic wing we really miss all these years. 25 years old, I think I prefer him more than Pat.

I’ve seen a few of the “all in one” metrics predicting win totals for this year and they really dislike the Bucks. I think DARKO and LEBRON have the bucks around 44 wins or so.

Regular season wins for this team means nothing. As long as they win enough to avoid the play in game, then they are fine. Just get to the postseason healthy and figure out how to play with each other (and unleash the AJJ).
