They play hard and Paul just gives them a steady hand. Similar to Lowry last year for the Heat. Brogdon is the best for this in the league.

We really need Gordon and Allen to be good off the bench, because they are our only non mimimum non starters. No one else I don't think we can necessarily really count on.
