He's a super talented player that just happens to have the mindset of being exactly the opposite of what Miami's culture is. I can't think of a worst mindset of a player for Miami to acquire.

Think of it this way, he's such a special talent that they threw tons of assets to get a defensive center to cover up his mistakes.

To be fair, there's Rudy there in the paint, who would make it terribly hard to get a clean look off--
