Sounds like they had an internal meeting to talk about it. Maybe they turn it around after that.

History might tell us that OKC is a legitimate rising team though by the end of the season.

I just saw Vuc. He's known for bouncing the ball off the expansion.

Vuc has a habit of throwing the ball there. Guess the refs were new?

Watched a bit of that game, Jrue was straight up frustrating him. Love watching Jrue defend.

Vuc is the ultimate professional. I would gladly have him here with our players. If he is getting T'd up than you know something is up.

How many times did you see him dive on the floor in 10 years? Like 3-4 times?

No thanks.

Agreed. He's cooked. No way I want him playing minutes for us. He is an anchor that slows things down and can't play defense. No thanks.

Yeah that shpuld shut those posters up who thinks Paolo is like Randle.

Sure they had somewhat similar stats but Julius took more than 20 shots to get it while Paolo had like 5 or something.

Also.... Porzingod is good. Too bad like JI i can lt see hik play the full 82 games. They probably will ahut him up on the 50 games maro to preserve him for thr POs.

Porzingis has averaged 31 minutes a game during his career, and 50 games per season. Boston ran him out there for 38 minutes in game 1. Horford is basically their 6th man. They might have 5 starters average over 36 and Horford not too far behind….they are thin…can KP handle an increased load

can't play defense.

I mean, it's 100% false.
Vuc teams where he was starter were:
2018-19 - 8th best
2019-20- 10th best
2020-21 -11th
2021-22- 22th
2022-23- 5t best

If you are part of a team that has been top 10 defense three times in past 5 years, despite fact all players around you changed, it probably means you are not bad defender.

Vuc much like Jokic, has his latheral set of limitations and often looks worst than he actually is. But he doesn't make many mental errors.

Bulls have several massive problems:
1) Lonzo. He was ment to be their anchor. Pass first playmaker with elite 3 and D perimeter defense + spacing. Played like 30 games in 3 years.
2) Lavine. Modern day Antoine Walker/ Steve Francis. negative BBIQ. Horrid shot selection. Zero self awarness.

Bulls are team that probably should blow up roster. Will they? I have no clue. But Vuc/Derozan/Caruso 100% deserve better than this. On other hand, any team that gets Lavine will regret it.

By just looking into rotation for this game, you would pick Lakers to win 99 out of 100 times.

Eric Gordon is cool, he ain't second option as starter on any team.

btw Nurkic for Ayton is probably worst trade i've seen in very long time
Nurkić can hardly run any more.

How many Bulls games have you watched over the last few years? F those stats that don’t really prove anything. I’ve watched at least 40+ full Bulls games over the last 3 years. I jump on the Bulls board and talk to the guys over there. He’s a dinosaur NBA center. He’s slow. He’s not Jokic… AT ALL.

A lot, Bulls are one of most popular basketball teams in a world ( probably due Jordan era) so they are brodcasted a lot.

I'm on their board right now, i've seen 6 last pages of game thread + Zach Lavine thread. Yep, most of them just can't watch Lavine any more

Image

Tnx to guy who made this, this is basketball gold

Has 100% clean open 3, dribbles on wrong side, gets trapped, throws ball behind him while 3 guys are on ball. Vuc hardly touches the ball over 3 different OKC players on it.

But
Nikola Vucevic lost ball turnover (Luguentz Dort steals)

Vuc is counted into turnover

And guess who never even bothered to jog on defense? Lavine

I even found conversation between report and his former coach, Sam Mitchell, who in one interview pretty much explains how dumb Lavine as player actually is

MP: It seems as if he always goes into that dribble even when he catches the ball open behind the three point line.

SM: Thank you for watching. He’ll be wide open for a three …

MP: a catch-and-shoot three, where his accuracy is much better?

SM: [nods] A catch-and-shoot. And then he’ll do this [mimics], dribble towards the guy.

MP: after an unnecessary up fake …

SM: dribble closer to the guy and get to a contested shot.

MP: Often a long fade-away two pointer.

SM: And when you ask him — during a timeout, I’ll say, “Zach, why didn’t you shoot the ball?” He’ll say, “I didn’t feel like I was in rhythm or ready to shoot.” But then you dribbled into the defense and took a bad shot. “Was that a bad shot?” See, he doesn’t even realize that he dribbled and then did that. It is so ingrained in him from AAU, and we are trying to break him of that habit.

At least my boy Bamba now can shine.
His high 5 and hand clapping game really improved from last year.

He even commited to put in work in off season, you can see him being in his natural position right here
