My root thing is I am watching other teams with their two best players and the staggering is done so maybe 2-3 minutes they are off together. We are now approaching like 8 minutes with no Paolo or franz…. We’re getting away from it with Cole carrying but it just is bizarre

I hate it. Gotta stagger. Coach has a thing about getting too cute with his rotations.

This is how it's been for 2 seasons pretty much. And with our bench being good I don't mind it.

When it's 9 man rotation later on during the season when things get more serious, there is more staggering as Franz plays with the 2nd unit.

3rd/4th is when in normal close games, they sit less usually. This stint during the 2nd is usually when the bench gets their longest run.

I need to let things play out more to see what Mosley is trying to achieve, but right now my feelings are aligned with yours. Seems weird to do these platoon subs. Moe Wagner, Ingles and Harris don’t need their own lineup.
