Definitely. Jrue wasn't fazed by Miami.

If Hauser continues to be ineffective then that will open the door for Svi or Lamar.

He has held his own defensively, especially last night when he did a nice job locking up Butler on that play where Butler tried to go iso on him. He didn't really make any mistakes.
And Hauser was 1/2 from 3 last night (50%). The 3 he hit was at a key moment, when we were making a run to get back in the game after we were down by 11.
He didn't take many shots but that's because he's usually on the floor. with a bunch of 20 PPG scorers so he wasn't needed to score much.
You're not gonna have a bunch of studs for 7th/8th men, especially when your top 6 are *this* good.

White was the obvious choice and therefore got the most votes.
Brown and Jrue also both played well. But let's compare some stats.
Points: Brown scored 10 more points (27 vs 17) on 9 more shots.
Rebounds: Jrue had 10 to Brown's 6.
Assists: Jrue had 7 assists to only 1 TO. Brown had 1 assist and 4 TOs.

The addition of Porzingis is arguably more impactful since he's replacing an offensively-challenged and oft-injured Rob plus supplementing/supplanting an aging Horford. Celtics have never had a two-way big of KP's calibre since KG.
I'm done since I'm getting dizzy with this discussion.
Like I said with 3:18 remaining in the 4th, KP fouled out.
So we were able to see what the Cs could do when it was back to Al, JT, JB, White, and Jrue instead of Smart.
Last night was a sobering game to me regarding KP. He was the only Celtic with a net negative (-12). Bam had his way with him and exposed some of his short comings.

I agree with you on the whole game but Jaylen turned it up big time the last 5-6 mins of the game so I went with him

True!
Bam was too fast for KP.
Al still the best option to guard Bam.
Hopefully Brad can get a good 3rd big man.
