Gabe Vincent 0/11 from three on the season you know he's hitting 3 tomorrow

I'm assuming LeBron will definitely be out. Davis they're likely on the fence about.

Yup... life of a Magic fan. Watch Gabe go 6-6 on 3s and Reaves to start getting his groove back

We need to start putting AB in the rotation! He can actually play 10-15 minutes a game by slowing down Gabe and Reaves! He could have stopped Shaedon Sharpe the other night :)

Yeah Lakers went in OT last night, but Im always weary on playing teams who just lost especially teams who are supposed to be contenders.

I actually like how we match up with them but lets see. They still have a lot of talent.

Jeez, LBJ played 39 min & AD played 42.

This would be a good match for an aggressive Paolo to put his shoulder down and live at the FT line.

I expect...

...Lebron won't play
There isn't much glamour in a meaningless homewin against an unexperienced Magic team.
Plus he may be really tired, though in great shape for his age.

...Paolo/Jalen/WCJ will score 50+ combined
Guess Hachimura will guard Paolo and Reaves vs Jalen which are just favourable matchups.
If Jalens shot isn't falling, he should be able bully his way to the rim.
AD is a competitor, but he'll be asked to play a lot of help defense after his 42 minutes night. WCJ lob threat alert.

...a Moe vs Christian Wood physical altercation
Wood is the kind of guy you just need to know which buttons you have to press.
Moe should at least be able to earn a push worth a tech.

...Franz to have at least five assists
A good game to re-establish the Franz/WCJ pick & roll.

...Jingles to hit two threes in the second half
It's just about time. One of these will be a real crowd silencer.

The refs will be on a mission tonight to make the Lakers relevant. They are scheduled to be on national TV every other game.

I would like this win as I can't see them taking down the Clippers that finally look healthy.

I am not sure they are resting anybody...surely the Lakers don't want to start the season 1-3

Even against a full Lakers team we've got this...these kids are good.

Looking forward to the Reeves/Suggs matchup.

I don’t know why everyone is assuming Lebron sits but I could see it happening I guess…

I think Orlando gets the win if the defense holds up.

Lots of good points already made. So long as Lebron puts on shoes he will have the latent talent to drop 60 on us. Same goes with Davis.

I am waiting for a "oh boy its Orlando" player to emerge from the less then stellar play. Someone mentioned hoping we split 1-1. Yeah I would be pretty happy with 1-1, happier with 2-0 and say "we just aren't ready" if we go 0-2. Lots of reasons to want to win tonight.

One thing I feel good about is that we won't get blown out. I would like to see Paolo and Franz lead the team in FGA. If Cole has a 3rd straight game as an efficient scorer I'll be super impressed.

If Cole continues before long people will be asking why he doesn't start over Fultz.....

Isn’t there a new rule, you can’t rest two star players this year?

I hate facing the Lakers or Heat. I hate both of those teams so much that it makes me more nervous than usual that we lose to them.

Suggs or Fultz have to bully Reaves. IIRC they had Reaves mostly guarding Fultz last time they played.
Definitely need to push the pace as others have mentioned. Its a winnable game.

Can they Bully him? He gets the superstar foul calls.
