Boo birds are going to be out Wednesday at the first sign of poor play. The team is back to that territory just 3 games into the season. The fans are about to have a conniption. Painful. Just an awful way to kick off this season.

that is one thing that the Wolves have missed since the trade, they don't have any "hustle" players in the rotation like Pat Bev, JV, and Okogie to a lesser extent

there comes a level of consistency when you have players like that getting minutes, even if their skill level isn't that high

We have seen this disturbing trend of blowing leads by a Finch coached team. He is just not a head coach period, keeping him for stability is such BS we are keeping the same bad coaching patterns for the last three years and affecting our young players big time. A team makes a run and the man just gets shell shocked, and does nothing and in turn the players panic and take a badly contested shot. The offense stalls and has zero movement and Finch does nothing about it. Finch has to go! :banghead:

Doesn't matter. He can be recalled at any time.

This has to be the most mentally weak collection of players I have ever seen.
If we make the playoffs with this bunch of losers in such a tough conference it will be a miracle.
We're going to be lucky to break .500/

And Finch is a trash coach.
Quin Snyder won this game for them.

His horrid free flowing offense is the reason this team can go from 79 points in one half to 34 in the next half.
As soon as the other team starts giving a **** on defense we look like hot garbage.

Hey our big lead is disintegrating what should I do?
I know, I'll put NAW in at PG that'll fix it!
We'll leave our shooters on the bench and run lots of action for Gobert!
Dejounte Murray is going nuts? Double team you say? Trap?
What is that, can you look that up for me never heard of it!

I remember one in the Garnett era where we were up 20 and lost by 20. Definitely second worst game in Finch era. Worst is still blowing a 20pt lead in the playoffs. I also forgot Nov 5th 2021 vs Clipper 20 pt lead into 20 pt loss.

I wonder what Mr. Positivity, aka Klomp, has to say about this.

Honestly, Finch...

I'll never understand why KAT doesn't punish smaller defenders in the post more often with his baby push shot. It's automatic. He did it a few times in the first half but went away from it in the second half.

KAT's offensive skillset doesn't mesh well with Gobert at all. Smaller players can rotate out to him faster on the perimeter and he has a slow set up / low release point. It works well against lumbering centers, but not Saddiq Bey or DeAndre Hunter types. Plus he doesn't have as many driving oppprtunities when he's defended by more agile players.

Sadly, Finch isn't going to provide that. IMHO, it's time to bring in Becky Hammond as coach.

I'm a huge Finch guy, but this has been a big problem since the Memphis series

the habit of blowing leads far predates Finch though.

Greg Popopvich would have benched every starter 3-4 minutes into that 3rd qtr to sit and stew.

I don't think that would occur to Finch.

I really like Finch but he might not make it the whole year. You can't lose the same way for 3 years and keep your job.

Even before then tbh.
This is not the “stability” this team needs.

How long does a team make the same mistakes over and over again before someone has to take responsibility?

I really like Finch but he disappoints me greatly.

Did Finch do anything to take away DeJounte Murray? Not that I could see.
