How about all the prior teams that evaluated him, pulled him from their rotations, got better by doing so, and were happy to get rid of him?

Sounds like all the teams that interviewed griffen and were happy they didn’t sign him. It’s possible both are horrible for this team. One is an easy cut and he’s gone. The other is year for at least a year

I agree that Beasily is easy to get rid of, it’s just concerning his is currently third on the team in minutes.

I’d argue AG can get the boot at any point because you can roll with Prunty or hilariously bring in Stotts as the head coach. I’d just like to evaluate AG without Beasily wrecking everything, but AG is the one giving him minutes so if the only way to end that is ditch AG before the all star break, it is what it is.

Beasley is the perfect example of a guy who if you just kind of check the box score or watch him for short bursts on another team he'll seem kind of interesting and you might wonder why he doesn't play more.

Then when he's on your team and you watch him closer you realize why.

Beasley is really trying, hes just not a guy we can use if we are serious about winning imo.

Beasily looks lost on both ends. The team looks way better in the few minutes each game they are allowed to play without him anchoring the team into stagnation.

You could instantly have a more cohesive team on both ends by removing him from the rotation entirely.

And yet people were saying after the 1st gsme how much better the O looked without giannis on the floor

Would Miami trade Herro/filler for Middleton / filler?

I think you gotta get off Khash ASAP (after the date he can be traded). He's old, injury prone, and just not very good anymore.
Khris Middleton - Beating up on Trash Can Teams since 1943. Invisible Man status otherwise.

Fair to question or be dubious about his health, but gotta question if someone has seen Middleton's (albeit limited) minutes so far this year or his playoff performance if you're saying he's no longer good.

Edit: And besides that, Miami was allegedly refusing to offer Herro as part of a package for Lillard so I don't see why they'd suddenly d o so to acquire Midds.

Yeah, his play in limited minutes might literally be the *most* promising thing this season lol. It’s just a matter of can he stay healthy when he gets ramped up to 28-30+ mpg.

Saying he's not very good is **** crazy regardless of the injury stuff.

Since his last comeback stint he's been really good in his reduced minutes role. Think even once he's back back we should seriously consider only playing him 25-28 a night unless we really need him to play more.

Midds was their best player in the playoffs last year. Easily.

If we are winning, that would be a really interesting idea. We should stagger the line ups too, so teams will never know when they'll get smashed by our death line up

Can't stop thinking how crazy the FO office has to be to hire Griff. The only logical take is that Giannis wanted him and they had Stotts as a fall back. With Stotts disappearing act we need to find a Stotts replacement.

Not sure I'd say Crowder "can't" start at the 2.. worst case he gets blown by sometimes which happens to our starting 2 anyways.

Beasly can have a place in a playoff rotation. We all saw what Forbes did to the Heat during our championship run.

He might not play in every series, but there are certain matchups where he should be part of the rotation and can help us a lot.

He should never be starting though, complete opposite of what we need from our starting sg.
still learning the game

i'm going to keep saying it until it happens.. but we need a younger version of Wes Matthews at 2 guard.
