Literally can't defend Wemby. This dude might be Wilt but with that team game mentality Wilt always struggled to have.

Another loss or two and I wouldn't be shocked if the Bucks fired Griffin and rehired Stotts. Just to appease Dame.

The Western conference is so overrated. There's Denver and then a bunch of teams with guys who are good, but who used to be much better. The only real up and coming team is Sacramento.

Ayton must've been a real jerk for Phoenix to get rid of him for basically nothing despite having no depth.

That's without getting into the impact he's had in other countries (for instance +220% league pass subscription in France compared to last season). I'm sure NBA management will manage to cry themselves to sleep over all the millions they are making by promoting that kid.

Which will all be negated soon enough when the realization of them being a lottery team kicks in.

You sure about that ?

38 points and 10 rebounds for a 19 yr old rookie playing his 5th NBA game.

Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

There was an alley oop pass off the mark that he caught with his back to basket and about a foot to right of basket and he just reached across his head and dropped it in. Suns tied it up with about 4 minutes left and Wemby - not KD - just took over. He is special.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

Despite their record I still don't trust the Mavs. Their defensive personnel is not good at all, they're shooting over 40% as a team so unsustainable, and yes the sample size is tiny but how long until Kyrie isn't happy playing with Luka and in general I just don't trust a Kyrie team.

They beat a bunch of bad teams and needed Luka to pull off some highlight-reel miracles for some of them. Short of Luka going off for 50, I expect the Nuggets to stomp them tonight.

So basically, these In-Season Tournament games are also normal Regular Season games that count on the teams' RS record.

Teams in each group will play each other on certain dates throughout November (Tuesdays and Fridays).

Then 8 teams (the 6 winners of each group along with 2 wildcards) will advance to the Knockout Rounds.

Then 2 teams advance to the Tournament Championship game in Vegas on December 9.

(The final championship game will be the only extra game added to the schedule, so those two teams will play an additional game. All the other tournament games are written into the normal 82 game schedule.)
