Another who doesn't have much left in the tank but will take whatever he gives us.

Have always wanted this guy on the Sixers. Might be half a decade late but still interested.

Wonder if he will start at F alongside Harris since he can be a secondary handler and playmaker.

He had a lot of upside that he simply never reached for long stretches of his career. Feels like a guy who comes here and forgets how to basketball. BUT is capable at many facets of the game in theory.

He’s going to be an enormous PJ Tucker upgrade because he fits Nurse’s offense so well. He’s a connector by nature & his versatility means he can add value as a cutter, screener, & passer out of the short roll. I think he’ll fit like a glove on this team.

He’s definitely penciled in as a starter at one of the Fs.

Always liked his game. Still has a little left and should serve to be a solid vet role player for the year.

Covington might be somewhat washed, but still plays as a better version of Tucker you can plug right in IMO.

Batum off the bench with Oubre could play very nicely.

I do remember him being a point forward in his prime. Would be nice if he could bring some secondary playmaking off the bench for stretches.

Honestly, either or works for me. I was mostly going by Clippers fans who think Cov is a flat out bum now and think Batum still has a bit left. I haven’t seen both play in a while but I like Batum’s skillset more. Think I’m just over the stand in the corner and shoot 3s archetype, PJ scarred me.

I am curious when he will report. His wife does not appear to be happy to leave LA.

PJ wasn't that archetype. Maybe a couple years ago he was, but our PJ was the stand in the corner and don't shoot archetype. If he actually shot, he'd have enough gravity that he wouldn't have messed up our offense.

Sounds like a guy who should've negotiated a no-trade clause, though it might have cost him a few million dollars.

Supposedly the Clippers were trying to hold on to him.

Lakers have anything to salary match? Prince and Hayes, is that enough?

She can stay in L.A. and spend hundreds of thousands of the millions he's making as an NBA player. This is the life she signed up for marrying a professional athlete.

…or he can just retire like he plans to do at the end of the year anyway. But he won’t because, he wants that $$. Such a rough life.
