RS 23/24 - Mavs vs Hornets (Nov 5)

Great opportunity to pad the W column. However... last season was brutal against bad teams... including the Hornets (with that miserable los) so will be curious to see how this unfolds.

Not only did the Hornets bitch slapped the Mavs last year, 2 years ago, Mavs lost 2 easy games late in the season, Hornets and Wizards, and they resulted in losing the 3rd seed to the Dubs.

Hope mavs want revenge as much as nuggets wanted it last night. I kinda expects a 40p triple double from luka

Great points to fix for Hornets game. But Kyrie has been beyond terrible so far. He has to start playing like a star again. On/Off -18.7, dead last on the Mavs entire roster. He's simply a huge negative everytime he's on the floor.

Yes, people don't understand how bad he was and we don't need stats to see something is wrong with him. He plays as role player, not as one of the leaders of the team.

Our team is still missing that ultimate glue guy role player we've had in our successful years. Players like DeShawn Stevenson, Raja Bell, Adrian Griffin, Greg Buckner. That's what we lack. Maybe omax or djj can be that

Looking at tv they are talking about Hornets Center Mark Williams as a possible target for the Mavs we can offer them some bigs and and Hardaway since they are short on players.

Until Hardy makes the next step and Kyrie starts playing like a star again, Mavs can't afford to lose THJ.

Still bummed we didn't get PJ. A guy with his size, skillset and athleticism could do a lot to help the team against bigger teams like DEN.

I am very curious where we rank on defense. I will be shocked if we are not between 24th to 30th because it feels that's where we belong.
