This is the LaMelo Ball I envisioned coming into the league. I’ve got to say I’m extremely baffled that he outplayed my lowly expectations for him by such a great margin.

He certainly is the player I was wrong about the most and, given that he’ll likely return to form, that’s obviously great for him. To me never looked like he could shoot or hang with the athletes at point guard in this league.
