He was all over the place with key steals, key rebounds and key assists. He also made 2 clutch FTs late in the 4th. That was a case of "give me the f'n ball and get out of the way".
The vets (Temple and OPJ) were all in on the celebration, especially in the locker room afterwards when he was given that player of the game award from Darko. Not to get overdramatic but this game was the official handing of the torch IMO. It's undoubtedly his team and everyone knows it but most importantly, everyone seems to be embracing it.
We saw this last season. 4th quarter Scottish. When the game is in the balance.
Others could only do it in the first quarter and first half, and then disappear when the game mattered.
This is why Scottish is the one.
What we are seeing now? We was robbed of by certain guys last season.
Will! Welcome back. I looked over your last bunch of posts in late October, couldn't see anything remotely ban-worthy. Can't figure out what's going on around here. But don't reply anything that would activate the hair trigger

Wrote about this play in a previous post. that's pure muscle memory. Knees bent shot pocket perfect. .5 seconds to launch. That's a telling sign that his shot has come a long way.

if he gets 20/10/6 for the season... i am sure he would be MIP.
It’s gonna be really tough to beat Maxey.
Not only is he gonna explode with his scoring numbers, the media narrative is already biased that way with Harden’s departure, meanwhile our team barely exists in the minds of US media. I think it would/will literally take Pascal being traded fairly soon & Scottie averaging like 23+ppg because I think Maxey is gonna near the mid 20s or more unless PHI does in fact trade those picks for Zach or one of our guys.

The things that made me scared about Scottie was his inability to play starter minutes. To me it was clear given what he did in college. He wasn't used to it. Also the fact that he thought he had to play point guard to be the best version of himself. Seeing him accept Dennis in his role and dominating from from any position on the court is all I want to see.
Scottie is turning into Charles Barkley with defense. He's the superstar in the making I have been missing since Sir Charles left.
Pat Bev says "No Dogs"
Scottie says "Woof"
We have our Alpha and this time that man loves Toronto.
The future is bright with him and Darko. Masai and Bobby just need to focus on surrounding them with what they need to thrive.
Go Raptors Go!

I can see some correlation, albeit Chuck was like 6’4 with Zion type athleticism and Scottie is 6’10 in shoes.
