Mazzulla called an ALMOST perfect game, Except he brain farted and didn't call a timeout when he needed to. T-Wolves are muggers on "Defense". C's choked away the final few possessions in Regulation withe no look Tatum pass to the Wolves bench...Holiday and Al turnovers too-looked like last season once again. Brown and Tatum were good, Holiday was crap til the end, Hauser was okay, but PP cannot hit the side of the barn all of a sudden?

Oh, we missed D.White a lot....quit hanging out with the kids

They need someone else off the bench. Hauser and Pritchard should not be getting this many minutes. Pritchard in particular has really been exposed.

I still don't like the Holiday trade. Id much rather have R Williams coming off the bench and Brogdon in the starting lineup than what we have now. Holiday is fine, but he's basically a sidegrade from Brogdon, and Holiday forces a lot more bad shots than I thought he would.

Celtics still a great team but these things late game issues from the coach and just offensive chucking is a concern.

Also the team was missing their 3rd best player in White who would’ve been huge in playing over Horford and Pritchard.

JOE IS CLUELESS.

Sick of him. Spo/Malone would coach circles over him in any playoff series.

I guess with the coach we’re going to have to recreate what the 08 Celtics did. Just overwhelm other teams with talent because you can’t trust the coach in the tight moments.

Good film game, at least lol.

The actions should have been Tatum/KP late, instead we camped KP in the corner. It’s on Tatum, Jaylen, Jrue, and Joe.

Tatum really efficient, but 6 turnovers, mostly from trying to go at McDaniels when it wasn’t there.

Jaylen up and down, made some nice passes, but also some head scratching moments lol.

Jrue was bad, it happens.

Nah. Jrue is fine. You would rather have Rob, who gets injured with the slightest bump?

Pritchard is unplayable as far as I'm concerned. I don't think Hauser is much better.

Well Williams is getting knee surgery so he's likely out for the year so Boston pretty much traded Holiday from brogden which I'm fine with.

Umm, no. How about not going at Edwards when they left him in with 4 fouls early in the third. How about not going at Edwards the whole time he had 5 fouls.

Yeah they’re awesome lol. I don’t like losing, but there’s a reason they smoked Denver, too.

Hauser is perfectly fine if they *run actual plays for him*. He forces up the worst shots because they've told him to shoot anytime he gets the ball. But they rarely run stuff to get him open.

Williams is out for the season. Brogdon pouted. But yeah, we saw the bad side of Holiday today. Something Bucks fans warned us about.

I forgot to mention that the play calling in the last 75 seconds of regulation and Overtime was hideous. That's on the coach.

Jammer wrote:It would be easy to blame this as a poor shooting night, but some of the 16 Turnovers were just stupid. Obviously missed Derrick White, who would have probably lowered the turnovers and provided some points as Pritchard was scoreless in 20 minutes and his 3 assists are less than ideal for a primary ball handler. Pritch is more of a shooting guard on offense, which makes him my top Celtics trade candidate, which might not fetch much since the little tyke only makes $4 Mil this year, but then starts a 4 year, 30 Mil contract.

Shot like **** but competed. Forced the turnovers but too many of our bad decisions.

This was in many ways a throwback to poor decision making celtics. Not worried but Tatum has got to recognize we have KP on the team now. Stop isoing vs ant/mcdaniels in ot and run some 2 man game. You can say that's joe's job to call a timeout there to yell at his guy but Tatum has to be smarter than that.

Jrue had a lot of nearly missed shots at the rim. Dearly missed White.

A frustrating, annoying game but nothing to be alarmed about. Growth isn't linear.

Lots of stuff stuff for them to go over in the film session.

Oth we shot 29% from 3 and were still in it cause of joe's curveballs, aka forcing tov and getting oreb's. Thats proof of concept. Getting jrue wont fix our clutch iso slow down stuff.

That's just Tatum decision making. Frustrating we have a cheatcode in KP and just didn't try it in OT.

Respect to ANT, best player on the floor (that should've fouled out in regulation tbh and another few times in OT)
