Can't wait for the season to start tonight

It's nice to have a team that's consistently good, the rest of my teams really don't lol.

Nikola Topic/Kasparas Jakucionis
VJ Edgecombe/Jrue Holiday
Shaedon Sharpe/Cedric Coward
Kyle Filipowski/Collin Murray-Boyles
Alex Sarr/Clint Capela

Yeah, Geno's really just the better version of Pop

The talent is always there, but he always gets the team to buy in to the system.

All that talk about Paige Bueckers but Aaliyah Edwards is the real star.

Tankathon has updated to include the WNBA, which is a good way of having all the top prospects' stats in one place.

lol @ Clark casually posting 36/8/8

It's good for her to get her degree, but man. She could play in the W right now

Great game last night between Iowa and Virginia Tech. Caitlin Clark with 44 points/8 rebounds/6 assists. She looks very strong with the ball this year -- physically stronger and with a tighter handle, and unbothered by physical defense. She shot 17 free throws, although that included a few intentional fouls at the end when Virginia Tech was trying to stop the clock.

Georgia Amoore had 31 on 7-14 from three point range, including one from half court at the end of the first quarter, and a tough contested look with 8 seconds left to keep her team alive. In fact, most of her shots were tough contested attempts off the dribble. Liz Kitley had 16 rebounds (5 offensive) and 3 blocks, to go with 16 points on some nice post moves.
Just because it happened to you, doesn't make it interesting.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

Yesterday I was lying; today I'm telling the truth.

I need to start posting the weekly schedules. There's so many games it's hard to keep track. I had no idea South Carolina (who is my 2nd team now along with UCONN) played Sunday.

USC might be my 3rd team. Juju dropped 35 last night

Might finally end the drought this year

It's been an eternity since we won a title, not since Stewie graduated

I blame Katie Lou Samuelson. She was like the Julius Randle of Connecticut basketball, really good player but could never get it done when it mattered. Also the only year we won when she was with us was when she got injured and missed the tournament

I have nightmares about that Morgan William's shot to end the winning streak in the Final Four in 2017, and the name Arike Ogunbowale gives me 'Nam flashbacks. The Jags had her brother Dare on the roster for a couple years as the backup RB, so my Sundays weren't even safe for a while there.

Nice to see the Angel Reese mystery debacle is over and she's back to dominating on the court.

Naw, lots of rumours but nothing concrete that I've heard.

That’s not true that Katie Lou Samuelson missed the tournament she missed the championship game against Syracuse. She was coming off the bench her freshman year on that 2016 team who couldve won every game by 40 if they really wanted too. Stewie her senior was like 2007 Lebron playing in college along with 2 senior all Americans. As a focal point ya KLS just couldn’t get it done.
