So, upside to potentially losing by 20 at home to a crappy 1-5 Wiz squad is Cliff has to be under the magnifying glass. Has to be. Just has to be.

i honestly cant tell if im zoning out scrolling my phone or if league pass is cutting out the first 3 minutes of every quarter to show commercials for me. happened before the 2nd quarter and now 3rd quarter, game just cuts back on with 9 min remaining after a ton of commercials

Yes, happened to me too. I'm watching on league pass via amazon prime video.

The Wiz are supposed to be the worst team in the league. Led by Kuzma and Poole.

We have, even with injuries and no Miles, a more talented team.

This is all on Cliff.

None of you saying we should have a different coach are wrong but I think you are being unrealistic as to what the prospects of replacement are. I firmly believe this is a lame duck season with new ownership, they don't really an have incentive to spend money on something they inherited like coaching and the front office. The worse the team is naturally, the better draft pick they get and they get to present the new front office and coach as the start of a new exciting era.

And the flip side is that if the team does well, you get to still reevaluate everything in the offseason. They have nothing to lose outside of fan goodwill and ticket sales, which isn't nothing, but I think they would expect you can get that back with promotion.

One of the things I find frustrating about Clifford is he's presented as a teacher guy with a teacher background which is great because teachers are great and all but why do his team seem to have such regularly low bbiq? Maybe it's unfair, he seems stoked about Miller who has an obviously high bbiq, but how often is our feeling as viewers "What are you DOING?" vs "Smart basketball play". Just getting in my own rants.

This is looking like it's going to be a looong season.
