I like the idea of some rest here for the starters in the 4th.

I love the energy, particularly on defense. I hope that when we put in the bench, that every player comes in with that energy and wants to defend.

Not only are the Wolves on pace to keep the Pelicans under 100 .. they haven’t scored 25 in any quarter. I’d love for that to be emphasized for every person entering the game .. don’t let an opponent score 25.

They should hand foam stones out to people so we can toss them at Towns and yell "SHAME" whenever he fouls out.

I’m sure Towns critics will use tonight’s game where he fouled out as ammunition, but he looked pretty good tonight. I watched him on defense, and he worked hard staying in front of his man, who were often faster than he was. Even when he picked up his later fouls, he didn’t do any of that overly dramatic whining, which was good to see. Nice night shooting too.

He reminds me of those signature Gorgui Dieng top of the circle travels - there is no reason to do it and why do you need to put your arm under the other guys arm pit?

At this moment. I am just glad we have Gobert and don't have to worry about your starting center foul out every game. I agree Towns played well tonight on both sides of the floor.

I think the starters want the Bench to run some clock, to keep the Pels under 100, but the kids want to jack up shots.

Garbage time players let them score almost every possession, ended up giving up 100. Showing exactly why they shouldn’t play.

Why would people who are critical of Towns last game be critical this game?

It is like I can be objective and be hyper-critical in big games and then realize he played better. Nobody said Towns sucks anyways--even his critics admit he is a good player.
