It’s why we need Gradey to stop being a pussy and start being aggressive with his shots lol.

Him and Scottie can run an insane PNR on paper.

I mean Ben Simmons is a 3 time all star lol. I meant it in that he's going to contribute without scoring that much this game.
The fact that Scottie's floor is Ben Simmons, is pretty crazy to think about. Superstar

Scottie Barnes' impact on the floor is much bigger than Ben Simmons will ever be. They're not in the same tier lol.

Barnes' simple presence on the floor just impacts every facet of the game for the Raptors. It's crazy how good he is. It feels like Barnes can get points whenever he wants even on a terrible shooting night.

And that’s exactly it. Once he recognized that Siakam and OG had it going, and that he didn’t, he stopped looking for his shot and made sure those guys got theirs. I wouldn’t say he was passive, I’d say he recognized what was working and went to it. Dude is really just all about winning. I truly don’t think he cares about stats.
not strong, only aggresive cuz the power ain't directed/ that's why, we are subjected to the will of the oppressive

This is a major basketball IQ problem I see with guys like GTJ, and Boucher. At this stage, I'm done with both. They just won't buy in. Aichuwa was also doing this before he got injured. Flynn is fitting in well and Porter is is such a stabilizing force. We need to see him with Barnes.

Man, I hope Koloko comes back soon.

There are definitely moments when he needs to be more aggressive trying to score. He does this thing at the end of games sometimes when he tries to get too cute and set up plays when he should just take it attack. But he'll learn that with time. This game he saw Siakam was going and just let him do the scoring.

I do think in terms of offense he tries to get points with the bench but man, those guys are just plain dumb. They break so many plays to take bad selfish shots (Boucher and GTJ namely).

Barnes really is such a smart player that doesn't let his ego get in the way of winning.

Trent is a negative IQ player. We need to move on from him. I get we need shooting, but we can surely find it elsewhere.

If I could easily clip video for here I'd get Scottie's end to end and-1 off the Doncic miss at 6:15 left in the 4th. Boxed out Powell then took 4 dribbles to go full court. He's not athletic though.

Generational player that is in the perfect system for him. We have a lot of good system guys like OG, Dick, Flynn, Poeltl, Schroder and Porter. I'd like to see Flynn get more minutes and am even longer leash. He has the potential to be better than Schroder. The shooting Flynn brings would be great next to Barnes.

I feel like scottie gotta work on being more accurate with his passes. He's a great passer in the sense that he sees the floor well and how plays develope. But doesnt strike me as a pin point passer like Jokic or CP3/ Lowry.

Idea is there, execution needs work.

Gary is never gonna pass lmao it's just who he is. There are rim running centers with more assists than him. But yeah I want Gradey to find his game soon so he can play less.

Agreed on Boucher and GTJ. Even though they both contributed tonight. On nights when they're off, they hurt the team with their multiple mental mistake. Boucher made a couple WILD shots tonight. Even though he made them, they're not shots high percentage shots that you want him taking. The worst is when he calls his number and drives in the teeth of the defense.

I could live with GTJ if he didn't stop the ball so much and learned to involve his teammate.
