Brissett needs to be careful trying to end Tatum’s friend’s life like that.

I don't believe in statistics. There are too many factors that can't be measured. You can't measure a ballplayer's heart. -Red Auerbach

Marcus Smart is an underrated shooter

I think it's partly because he's a tweener. Has wing size but doesn't have the ball skills that you'd like from a wing. Plays more like a big but doesn't have the size to play that position.

As others have mentioned on here, he is a little bit small, even to play the 4. Watching these games more, Brissett does look like a little bigger and plays a little bigger than Stevens - and is more of a beast at crashing the boards. Brissett is more wing sized and can defend guards/wings well out on the perimeter. But again, you typically want your wings to bring more ball skills to the table.

At least Grant could hit 3's. If Grant couldn't hit 40% of his 3's, he might be the 13th man on this team too.

Still, he's a decent player - if he's your 13th man, you're in good shape. And based on what we've seen/heard in different reports/interviews and stuff, he is also a good locker room guy, brings good leadership too.
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

this is all likely true or very close but I still want him to get some mins with the starters. just want him in for 5 straight mins with jt, white and jrue at least.
