Wait review that buzzer beater I had a bet that Embiid would score 35+ lol

Edit - ah damn worst bad beat of my life lol I had a parlay of Sixers -9 & Joel to score 35+ & I missed it by a couple tenth of a second

Not really finishing well, but it shows what this team can do when properly motivated.

Stepped up the D, and this thing was over. The depth does help with playing this type of D, never could play with all this pace before the trade. Overall, good solid professional win.

Nice comeback led by our Batman Embiid and his Robin Maxey.

The team is gutted with injuries(6 rotation players)so you'll see a valiant effort, but will start to unravel in the 4th. Its happened 4(?) Times so far this season already.

Hopefully an injury free, good game.

Got any lottery numbers for me to play?
I wish. Just how the season has gone.

Team starts with energy, and because of the depleted team, they run out of gas.

Good game!

Let’s not play Marcus Morris again any time soon. He’s washed, but worse he doesn’t realize it.

I’m pretty surprised that Oubre does more than score. Length on D and fits the Nurse defensive system with deflections and steals, plus gets his share of boards and attacks the rim. Even in a not great shooting night Kelly is contributing.

Imagine Maxey paired with a guard that occasionally got Tyrese an easy shot or two.

Team should be 8-0 if not for biased refs. Elsewhere, the Clippers and Harden are getting obliterated again.

Maxey 11 assists and 0 turnovers? WTF...
I didnt see the game, but he´s not shooting well from 3 in the last couple of games. Is he shooting a lot of uncontested ones?

Not as many open looks for Maxey anymore, comes with being the 2nd scorer.....he'll get used to it.

I could see the percentages getting a bit better, but right now he really is playing lights out for someone in his position on a winning team.

Impressive win. Getting punched in the mouth like that early by the hungrier team would have folded us the last few years. Would have been easy to let this one go as an (un)expected loss but this team wants to win.

Last year this would have been one of those fluke losses that we seem to always have...Teams like Orlando, Detroit, the Spurs steal a win from us because we come out with no motivation and get smoked. It was a struggle at first, and Detroit certainly has some dangerous players on their team. It's hard to dislike the Pistons. Isaiah Stewart is so fun to watch. He reminds me of the old school power forwards from the 90s...Just big strong dudes that can impact the game, be physical and grab rebounds. He's a good three point shooter too. I would love to see us get him. Cade Cunningham looks like a future all star if he isn't already, Killian Hayes is better than I thought and certainly better than the General Board crew thinks. I like Marcus Sasser, the Detroit announcers kept comparing him to Tyrese Maxey and who knows? In the right situation, he may be as good one day. Didn't get to see enough of Jalen Duran, but I did like what I saw. Marvin Bagley gave Embiid a hard time in the first half and pretty much any time he was on the floor. He's another player you hate when he's not on your team, but I'd love to see us trade for him at some point too. Like I said, I do like the Pistons, always have. Good win for us...Ugly at times, but I'll take it. Love how the season has started for us.

Sixers was given -8.5, Sixers won it by just 8pts. Read in the Pistons board that point spread has been playing a bigger factor than reg season in these in season tournament games.

He's front rimming too. Nurse plays them a lot of minutes.
