Gafford can’t play 30 minutes, we need a backup center. Williams had a ton of offensive boards.

Kispert looks to be in great shape but his defense is very very bad this year, concerning.

Poole clearly a disaster so far.

I still have hope for Poole. I think there is a bad taste after the kneckle headed first couple of games but I think he's been playing slightly better. We need to use this bad start to fire the HC. Get some one in who can get creative and actually work with these kids.

I still have hope for Poole. I think there is a bad taste after the kneckle headed first couple of games but I think he's been playing slightly better. We need to use this bad start to fire the HC. Get some one in who can get creative and actually work with these kids.

He hasn't been jacking as many ill-advised shots on offense and has been trying to fit into the flow better; but he remains a terrible defensive player.

If the only way he can be efficient on offense is to get shots within the flow, I'd rather just have Kispert or Shamet do the same thing, but with better defense at the other end.

Kispert isn't a very good defender, but at least he knows where to be in help defense. He will bump a roll man or rotate out to the corner when he is supposed to.

He needs open looks. We need to design more plays that give him open looks at his preferred spots. He doesn’t play man to man D very well. So better maximize his worth when he is on the court by making him the focal point of the offense. I’d like to see how he fares for 2 games, when he has those open looks. Come off a curl, run picks, etc.

Yeah they really need to work on that. Like he's been better at his shot selection and if he didn't have those first 4 games I think the perception is better. I'd like to see more effort on D. He may never be good at it but he doesn't have to be bad at it.
