The big 3s for Philly being proposed shouldn't be a Harden type or Beal. Maxey is anything but ball dominant. Excellent of the ball and on the ball, but on this roster he needs to be more ball dominant and have a higher usage. Joel is forced to do too much and should be able to focus more on screens, being a decoy with post positioning, boards, and defense. Bringing in another guy that is capable of handling on a screen and scoring the ball shouldn't qualify as something like what is going on in Phoenix or Clippers. Who ever they get should be 3rd in usage and fit the teams needs. No redundancy like with those other teams
