The Pacers defense is just horrible. The guards get kill after every screen so Maxey can turn the corner at will.

Those 3's tho 8-)

As long as he doesn't fall in love with it. Need him to continue to grow drawing fouls..

Maxey was always better than prime Harden, it's just people haven't caught up yet.
No matter how talented are, if you are a primadonna like Bum Simmons or James Soften, you'll reach a limt soon. Maxey is what we needed, a guy with heart and passion, if you give that to a good coach, only good things can happen.

Maxey has really been trying to look out for Reed on the roll lately. Kid just knows how to adapt.

Dude has a top 5 handle in the league that doesn’t get talked about enough. That was the first thing I saw that was elite of elite in his rookie year, super quick, tight he just doesn’t get stripped

Also helps he might be the straight quickest in the league. Fukn lightning fast.

I hate these weird start times on the weekends. I'm over here watching falcons/cardinals, like a chump, thinking this game starts at 7.
They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

I’m very happy and glad that we actually have a coach allowing a young player to grow through his weaknesses (pnr passing/playmaking).

Doc would never.

It’s the reg season ffs development is key.

Nurse is a godsend as he’s one of the best developers of young talent in the league.

Stop. Of course Doc would put the ball in the hands of Maxey. It's exactly what he did in the games Harden was out.

We don't need to make **** up to illustrate the stark contrast between how good Nurse is and how mid Doc was. Not even sure why anyone would be bringing him up still.

You don’t think it’s top 5? Lillard/Curry/Luka/Paul

Maxey can def be in the convo after that I like that it’s used for effectiveness rather than just for flash.

I mean Maxey is pretty much a rising star at this point. What I want to see is if he has the tolerance to play Springer and KJ. I know it's hard because he's still teaching the main guys. But having one of the young guys show they can contribute can go a long way at the end of the season...
