Let's not resort to name calling just because some fans were wrong about Maxey. Yes I was one of those posters who wanted to trade him for Lillard and I'm very happy that didn't happen. Every poster on this board isn't right when it comes to evaluating our players. If that's the case I can call a lot of posters idiots on this board

Tobias deserves praise just as much as Maxey. Even though this is his contract year, Harden being gone has given him new life. Embiid is not even playing like I know he can so I know this team can reach another level and come out of the east

Unless a legit superstar becomes available, I would rock out with this roster past the deadline. This is the best roster Embiid has had around him since he's been here

More painfully I recall the Simmons for Halliburton rumors before we landed Harden. Morey says he was never offered and straight up I believe that, but had the Simmons and pick package been offered we might be watching Tyrese squared in our backcourt. Dang.

I can’t remember having this much fun watching the Sixers. And the best part is that everything we’re doing right now feels sustainable. I’m sure shooting percentages will even out over time but we’re consistently generating quality shots.

Even out? We shot 26.5% from 3 vs Boston & 32.1% vs Detroit our last two games. We were due for a this 42.4% night. Especially against a pacers team that plays fast pace with no real defensive effort.

Are you fing serious? I said he had superstar *potential* and he will be unleashed this year when The System is gone. And it would be idiotic to trade him for a 33-year-old Dame who is at risk of being washed at any moment.

I said to trade Maxey at the start of last season, but as the season went on and especially in playoffs, I saw a guy with passion and heart, realized guys like that rarely stay the same, they usually improve, so I wanted to keep him, we needed guys like him after having so many primadonnas like Simmons or Soften.

I just mean in terms of season averages over time. Batum is shooting like 60% from 3 since joining the team, Tobias is starting to cool down after shooting 60% from the field to start the year, and Oubre was at career best percentages.
