The warriors have seemingly missed on wiseman, moody amd kuminga. The latter two arent bad players but they arent progressing like im sure the warriors expected

I picked Sengun as the guy who will be the second best player in this draft behind Barnes when it's all said and done. Glad to see he's being utilized more in the offense. He will drive that offense as the main hub one day.
Maxey is playing way better than I expected him to. He is singlehandedly raising the Sixers' ceiling. They also got some solid talent as support players in that Harden trade. The Sixers vs Celtics dynamic should be interesting. The Celtics have a more stacked team but the Sixers have much better star power imo.

At least we’re not the Clippers. Imagine the pain knowing you traded SGA & an army of draft picks just for this to happen
I'd rather be them. Steve Ballmer and Los Angeles location gives the Clippers the ability to lure top free agents whenever they have cap space. On the other hand, we have to get incredibly lucky drafting (coupled with the fact Rogers/Bell will never let us tank for blue chip prospects whenever the potential to fill arenas exists) and trading. And we're on the verge of overpaying our mid stars or losing them for nothing.

That sounds exactly why Ime would pass on us lol. Why tf would he come to a team that hasn’t chosen a solid direction yet.
Fam, put on your thinking cap instead of talking with your ego being entrenched to a position.
Udoka didn't have to mention ANY OTHER TEAM at that introduction press conference for Rockets. New coaches always talks about THEIR TEAM and what gems they have and what the work is going to be. Not another team. But here he is refering to Raptors.
Rockets roster has tons of holes. They got an under-sized center. They got a shooting guard who can't defend and has been pretty inconsistent. they got a slow shrimp for a point guard. The expectation for Rockets coming into the season was lottery. None of their young players have a superstar ceiling. Not Sengun, not Smith. If you were a coach you'd rather take bottom-dweller or a play-in team with an all-NBA player and a defensive DPOY candidate and ROTY? Get serious.
You're putting on your homer glasses and aren't seeing this objectively. If most of us think this is a treadmill team, wtf you do think the coaches are saying lol.
Why would a coach with pedigree want to a coach a team that has so much potential turmoil. OG and Siakam are both UFA's at the end of the season. We have no meaningful prospects outside of Scottie. We're in a literal a state of flux.
We're not an attractive organization.

They need to offload Josh Middey. OG would be such a perfect fit
Giddey and Scottie is a scary duo in a bad way lol.

What TURMOIL? There is NO TURMOIL. This is no drama here. There is not an ownership with cash flow issues like Rockets. There is not a coach who was under cloud of sexual misconduct. If you think UFAs are a problem and causing you sleeplessness then you need to take medication. Every team has to look at UFAs at some point. It's part of the business and every NBA coach knows this. An NBA coach who won't take one of the highest paying jobs for basketball coaching in the world because "oh this team has UFAs" is a moron.
Stop shytting on your own team. This is the kind of negative self-talk that's what's shameful about Raptors fan base. This is the 2nd winningest team in the league in the last 10 years. We are going through a rebuild, a transition period. And you think the tight-fisted Fertitta's organization is better run? Stop projecting yourself onto your team. It's more a reflection of you than who the organization is.

**** it. Let's build the worst 3 point shooting team of all time.

We didn't all know. Some here, or one in particular, called him overrated, a dime a dozen guard.

Okc has to shed picks they have too many. Really they should be active this deadline to make a proper runATLTimekeeper wrote:OKC trading the pick that became Sengun seems like it could come back to bite them.
