It might be too early to write off Jordan Love, but if Green Bay has a premium pick, they can’t pass on a high-end talent just because of him. Love has been erratic, just like he was in college, and his upside might peak as a below-average passer. That’s not good enough.

There will be big feelings about Shedeur Sanders as a prospect, but he’s worth the hype. He’s tough as nails, taking many hits at Colorado and overcoming a bad supporting cast. His explosiveness as a passer is complemented by excellent decision-making and accuracy.

I don't think he enters the draft this year, nor do I think he should. I think he has potential, but should stay in college for one more year.

I think if there's a guy who absolutely needs to come out it's him. He's getting killed. He needs to get the hell out of Colorado.

We'll crack the top 5 after the next 4 games, where we go from there will determine the rest, HODL, but yeah, the 'round 10ish or a bit later crowd?' Not seeing it.

Likely to win games left: Giants, Panthers, Bears
Possible to win games left: Steelers, Vikings, Buccaneers

That puts us likely between 6 & 9 wins this year, being outside of the Top 10 is very possible

I would guess that Chicago(Carolina), Chicago(own), Giants, probably Cardinals finish with worse records for sure. Patriots, Rams, Jets, Denver, and the Pack are a jump ball depending on key injuries, and skill level to duke it out for the nest spots.

I don't think those are "likely wins."

I think Chicago with Fields is better, and I realize why people don't want to see it, but they should. Watching what they did to the Commanders and Raiders specifically is something I don't think this team is capable of moving forward. Week 1 was a mirage, I think that's clear by now. Panthers sure. Giants on the road? Coin flip.

I look at our schedule and see 2 more wins, that's it.

Pittsburgh is going to dismantle this O-Line. The Vikings are going to beat us at their place. Mike Evans is going to take the top off of our defense with consistency.

9 ain't happening and that just feels like an outrageous suggestion as a mere possibility at this juncture. We pulled a rabbit out of a hat against the Saints and needed Brett Rypien to deliver us our first win in a month. This team is STILL bad.

Pittsburgh is -3.5, it's certainly a winnable game for GB. The Giants & Panthers might be the worst teams in the NFL. The Bears are also terrible and behind the Packers in every advanced metric. I'm certainly not saying they will win 9 games but I think there us a very reasonable chance we end up right around pick 10 or so. Even if we just win 3 more games we're likely outside the top 5

Giants, Panthers, Bears are 32nd, 31st, and 29th in DVOA and all three have bottom six defenses by DVOA. Two of those games are at home and the other features the worst starting QB (DeVito) in football. We will definitely be betting favorites in all three games. Thats before we even get into the fact that Bears and Giants both definitely want to lose games at this point.

Carolina, NE, and NYG are the only three teams I would bet solid money on having worse records than GB by the end of the season.

The Bears should end up with a worse record, but they have Arizona and Atlanta at home, so who knows.

Speaking of, Arizona has a light schedule and they feel feisty.

The Packers SOS is really, really going to help them this year.

I think can get to #4, but probably end up at #5 or #6 with week 17 being huge.

Still not a bad spot to be in.

Williams
Maye
Harrison Jr.
Daniels

That leaves them with Bowers.

Bowers would be the sexier name, but if we could really grab one of the top tackles? Alt or Fashanu? Idk, I think the O-line needs a real blue-chip talent injection.

There are so many top tackles in this class and the Packers have the ammunition to trade back up into the first round if it's looking like their guy won't be around in the 2nd.

But Bowers is special. He'd immediately have the best hands on the team, and unlike virtually everyone else on the roster, he's a YAC monster.

I still believe six is our ceiling, behind Carolina, Chicago, New York, Arizona, NE.

Think Arizona with Murray has some juice. I think they pass the Packers up. The rest of these teams are all bad so who knows. Any given sunday.
