Considering Caruso is their best defender, and just played great defense on Durant a week ago to end the game, and stopped a potential game winner by him at the end of regulation, I'd say it was the right choice by Billy

Caruso was awesome on the play. Some fantastic man defense.

It's kind of crazy he's almost playing the 4 off the bench in the lineups they are putting out there. When he retires the NBA should hire him to tell these 19 year old kids each year during the draft process what they can acheive if they put in the work. Just be like look at me.

Caruso is probably the league's best defender in the backcourt, is shooting 82% with the 2-ball and 45% with the 3-ball, has an assist/TO >2, and is an excellent rebounder. So off course he is a bench player for the Bulls.

One must wonder if the team is tanking already.

p.s. Caruso is averaging almost 1 block per game. That's wild!

vs Nets Black got subbed out with four minutes left in the 3rd q and came back in with one minute left in the game.

vs Bulls Black out with four minutes left in the 3rd q and back in with 6 minutes left in the 4th.

He came back with 6.5 minutes left of the 4th quarter and only missed two plays when Cole was subbed for offense. Cole was quickly subbed back for Black.

Black also played the last 8.5 minutes of the Bucks game.

Mosely trusts Black more than Cole. That's apparent.

My initial point was that the end of the 3rd into beginning of the 4th has been poor, which is when Cole is in -- and that's why despite Cole's solid first half I wouldn't shout him out in this sweater vest thread
