Re: Fantasy Trade Thread
Harris, Morris, and the 2026 OKC 1st for Washington and Hayward.
Sneak under the tax, and then just play it out until the summer. Where you can offer 4 1sts and 4 2nds for a star, or could generate somewhere around 40M in cap room if needed.

Giving up the best player in the deal and a 1st? No thanks.

Re: Fantasy Trade Thread
Everytime we lose a game I'm going to think we need another on ball offensive creator, and continuosly come back to DeRozan as the best value option without doing damage to the long-term plan (and Brogdon as the other one, but there's more risk involved due to contract and injury history).
Morris/Korkmaz/House gets you there salary-wise without losing any current contributors.
If you can squeeze in Caruso, Covington or Melton work.
Honestly, it might just take that OKC pick and some 2nds at this point.

Re: Fantasy Trade Thread
Raptors:
In: Zach LaVine, Furkan Korkmaz
Out: OG Anunobi and Gary Trent Jr
Raptors choose a more win-now-ish route, adding LaVine's scoring talent to Barnes and Siakam.
*I don't think they'd do this, and I think OG has more trade value than Zach, but the premise here is that they like him a ton.
Bulls
In: Gary Trent Jr, Marcus Morris, Dan House, 3 1sts
Out: Zach LaVine and Alex Caruso
The Bulls get a large pick haul for LaVine. Possibly they follow this up by selling off their other guys, possibly they convince themselves they've still got a play-in shot.
Sixers
In: OG Anunobi and Alex Caruso
Out: Marcus Morris, Furkan, DHouse, 3 1st round picks
Sixers add to of the best perimeter defenders in the league for Nurse to play with.

Can’t trade three 1sts for a pair of role players.

No.
There isn't a deal I would do for Lavine, period.

If the Warrior decided to shake things up... How about Klay as a target?

Been watching them play a lot. Klay cant move laterally that well on defense anymore. Some of the smart teams like to attack him on defense, but he’s not THAT bad (not Dame level). Warriors hedging Klay with Moody, Wiggins with Kuminga.

I just wonder what the best offer for him look like

Who knows, but someone's going to make that dreadful mistake, I just hope it isn't us.

Tobias doesn't fit there, and I don't think the Dubs want the 3 ex-Clippers with a pick. Don't know how else you match 43M.
I actually think the Bulls and Warriors are good partners for making a deal. Klay/Kuminga/1st for LaVine/Caruso.

I'm thinking more along the lines of a 3way deal where instead of him landing on a rebuilding team, he comes here for our more useless expirings + incentive.

Not a huge fan of LaVine but this is a steal for GSW. Klay appears cooked and Kuminga might never get there.

I think that privately the Warriors know Klay is cooked and would love to be able to move him, but the history and the team chemistry are going to make it very difficult. At this point, I can't imagine that even as a rental he would be worth giving up assets to get.

How about Harris and the 26 OKC 1st to Indy for Hield, TJ, and Walker?

Sixers out: Tobi, Korkmaz, House, Lotto protected ‘28 1st, ‘24 2nd
Sixers in: Bogdanovic, Olynyk, Burks
Pistons out: Bogdanovic, Burks, Wiseman
Pistons in: Tobi, House, ‘28 Phil Lotto protected 1st
Jazz out: Olynyk
Jazz in: Wiseman, ‘24 2nd
Maxey-Melton-Pat Bev
Oubre-Burks-Springer
Bogdanovic-Covington-KMart Jr
Olynyk-Batum-Morris
Embiid-Reed-Bamba
I think that makes a much more well balanced and deep team for this season while also giving up limited assets and maintaining max cap space for the off season.

Re: Fantasy Trade Thread
Once Morris's contract can be combined with Korkmaz or House, I think we gotta go for Brogdon. At worst, he'd be an expiring filler in a trade this summer and doesn't eat up too much cap space to begin with.
Maxey/Beverley/Springer
Brogdon/Melton/Smith
Batum/Oubre/House
Harris/Covington/Martin
Embiid/Reed/Bamba
Obvious playoff 9 there IMO. Then go after OG in summer. Potentially trade Brogdon + filler + picks for another upgrade.

2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:
Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Edgecombe/Grimes/Gordon
George/Oubre/Edwards
Barlow/Watford/Walker
Embiid/Drummond/Bona/Broome

He’s preferred locations are Heat, LAL and PHI. If Bulls are just gonna talk with these 3 teams, I think we can get him for fillers of our choice and a pick for our choice. I dont think Heat will pay that much for him for Herro and Lavine are almost just equal while Lakers dont have much assets

Re: Fantasy Trade Thread
If we trade for LaVine we're locked out of the FA market this summer. Burning all our assets to get him also can put us back in a bad position.
I'd rather pay much less for Brogdon, likely just one 1st and filler, then reassess in the summer.

Lavine? I dont think it will cost that much.
Just fillers of our choice (morris, kork, dhj and fillers), a 2026 OKC first and maybe 2 to 3 second rounders.
