Compared to who? He’s won a lot more than Julius Randle.

cool story...he's got no rings and it getting up there in age. Deal with it.

Yea but, you’re not making a case for how that relates to Julius Randle lol.

chemistry alone doesn't explain shooting splits being this bad

still have plenty of time to turn it around and he'll def be better than what he has been so far for the Bucks, but there's more to it than just adjustments and acclimation to the new team

bad chemistry doesn't make a lights out scorer shoot this badly

On top of everything else I mentioned, he’s a notoriously slow starter.

He will be fine this year, my issue with him is how will he be next year after playing 90+ games this year.

WRONG! Dame led the Bucks in a big win WITHOUT GIANNIS cause he is a CLOSER. He dominated the game as a CLOSER can you say that?

C L O S E R.

Their losing is a HC issue, NOT Dame so the sooner you realize this, the better off you be.

He's a Closer until the playoffs. Then the 'C' goes away.

Blazers made the playoffs long ago but was over match against the Smash Brothers in their prime. Even Lebron couldn't overcome that unless GS start punching nuts while on the ground to get ejected perhaps. I have them representing the East for the Championship Finals ever since the trade went down cause he is the Closer and now has the BEST big man as his teammate unlike before where he had crap centers before in Portland. Let me know if you want to bet on another team from the East that can beat them cause you will lose my friend.

I may understand the hate on Harden but don't know why the hate on Dame cause he's been the closer his entire career but he can't do it all alone. Same with Giannis as you need 2 special players tied to the hip as they are the perfect couple to win it all. Both have the heart and desire which cannot be said with any other tandem including Lebron and AD. Trust me on this!!!

He's over 2 years younger than Curry is. A guy who can shoot like Dame can probably play at a high level for at least two more seasons after this one

i love dame but i'm looking at the macro, and the macro is everyone is going down or hitting that age barrier. i don't expect dame to avoid it

i'm almost beginning to think this plethora injury reports are made up

Curry has also had a lot of injury woes throughout his career, we are talking missing huge chunks of a season due to these things. If any player is going to hit a decline sooner I would take the player two years older that has played more games and had more injury issues.

Curry has this baby type face that makes everyone think he is way younger than he is.

Lol even when Riley doesn't win he wins. Dodging injured goods in Beal. Dame, who every sensible fan warned of his looming decline (on top of that monumental crippling contract.

Heat currently 7-4 and 3 of the guys that would've been packaged elsewhere are all having stellar or career years. Go figure.

If anything looks like Lillard and Giannis don't look like a great fit, the less Giannis plays, the more Dame looks like Dame. Hmmm

Just checked his yearly stats and he's shooting 50% from 2 and he's ridiculous from free throw line in both attempts and percentage. His outside shot is just missing for a bit.

He is been superstar level in the last two games and whenever we needed him in the clutch which is like 4-5 clutch wins already. That without an offseason on his legs, new town, new team, new coach and fresh off a divorce.

This thread hasn't aged well. Another great game from Dame. Haters in shambles.

After winning 49 games, your closer got SWEPT in the first round by the 6th seed Pelicans in 2018, and played like crap in the process.

You better hope they realize they can’t play Herro much if they want to keep on winning. A bunch of close wins against mediocre times btw is probably not a sustainable way to have a great season.

Dame will be fine. He outright said he hardly played b-ball since his trade status was in limbo. He's with a new team, new coaching staff and playing alongside a superstar for the first time in his career. Gianni himself didn't train like he normally does because he had a procedure done on his knee (same with Middleton). They will be fine heading toward the ASB and after Xmas, I'd think.

Seriously, this. NBA preseason started Oct 5th, he got traded on Oct 12th... he had little to no time to gel coming into these conditions. Plus, dude has A LOT going on and it seems him and Giannis are battling over wanting to be 1B.

Give it more time, they'll figure it out.
Dammit...:

I've got Nurkic fever now.
