Ok, but would Toronto agree to that?

As for Zach Lavine in general, I like him as a player. I think he's the halfcourt player you need on a contending team. The problem with him is his toxic, poisonous contract. We were thrown a life raft with the Harden situation. Trading for Lavine would just put into purgatory hell again. Not because of him, but again his contract. If Chicago sells, and we look at rentals or short term moves, I'm looking at DeRozan way before I look in Lavines direction.

If Raps is unsure of re-signing OG, then I think this could be Raps best offer out there.

Meh...I wouldn't give up 4 seconds for someone as injury prone as Hayward.

Delon is worse than Melton and hurts our shooting profile. He might be better running the second unit, but it's not like he's good at it.

This would be a good pivot if they can't find something better and commit to the free agency plan.

Melton ain't it, period. The Sixers should be looking to acquire players to maximize the skill sets and minimize the weaknesses of their two best players.

Don’t agree with this at all. Melton is a great compliment to Maxey. There’s only one basketball in a game. When you have Maxey and Embiid you need guys who are effective without the ball in their hands. That’s exactly Meltons game.

GSW gets Tobias, Fultz, and Isaac
ORL gets Klay, House, and and 2026 PHI/OKC/HOU/LAC 1st (better of the two the Sixers get)
PHI gets Paul and Suggs

He's a low maintenance 3 and D guard. That does help. Certainly more than Delon would. I'm not opposed to Delon in general, although I think they should have their eyes set on bigger fish. I'm also not opposed to including Melton in a deal for said bigger fish.

Except Hayward isn't worth 4 2nd's plus the added salary of his deal. I'd say 2 2nd's at best.

As long as it's not a 1st I don't really care, but sure, his value is probably less 2nds.

Micic isn't playing a ton for the Thunder but has shot well and dished out assists at a pretty high rate. He makes less than 8M a year. He's got size to play minutes with Maxey.

Not even sure if we're allowed to trade for him after sending out his rights this summer, but I'd be intrigued.

Pretty sure they sent his rights to OKC in the Horford deal. They should be able to reacquire him now. He wouldn’t be a bad target, either. The thing is Presti will almost certainly want a 1st because he always drives a hard bargain and they have an over abundance of picks. Meaning four 2nds is nothing to them.

EDIT: The Thunder are about to be 10-4. They are win now. Wonder if slight overpay could get their 25 pick back?

Melton, Reed, and Morris for Micic, Bertans, min filler, and 25 1st returned. That would set up a Godfather offer possibility.

If Detroit would do it, would you?

Tobias, Korkmaz, House, three 1sts, and four 2nds for Cade, Bojan, and Bagley

I don’t hate the resulting team, but I don’t see championships. The cap space plan would be gone as well, and the assets back down the toilet. If you can get that done for one 1st and four 2nds? Now we’re maybe at the cost where you just do it anyway.

What are we giving up all those firsts for? Tobi and Grant are at least equal in terms of value, and I'd argue that Harris is more valuable on expiring deal. Brogdon maybe costs a late first?
So I don't get it at all

I’ll find a third team for Cade, if this is the case. Possibly for OG and some depth.
