I’m seriously convinced Hauser is draped with that Harry Potter invisible cloak at times because I swear nobody is even looking for him.

Do our players really hate easy assists that much?!?!

Very disappointing playmaking from him so far.

He made the pass that won the game. :dontknow: :dontknow:

True!

JT made the game winning play and it went unnoticed.

He would have made 2 game winning plays if Holiday could dunk a basketball!

Just a gross game. We cannot get outworked like that; just almost lost because of 2nd chance points and turnovers. Can’t wait for the road trip to be over

Really excited about Hauser. Currently in the lead by a good margin for the 7th man spot. Think he'll be playable in the playoffs this season

Also true!

Not one of Jrue's best moments, that's for sure.

He's a better version of Kyle Korver.

Last season a number of Cs fans wanted a quality big man because of games like this.

This is one of those games where the 3s were not falling and the opposing team was red hot.

KP gave the Cs what they needed when the Celtic offense was bad.

Inside scoring prevented a Celtics loss.

The problem here is, this has been the case for several games now.

Need some offensive diversity when the 3s aren't falling and this team (with the exception of Hauser) is generally not a very good 3 point shooting team.

Last year, we had stretches like this where we shot horribly from three for a week or two. We had like a .500 or worse record during those stretches. Started 21-5 then lost 5 of the next 6. Went on a 9 game win streak, then lost 4 of the next 6 etc. At least we're grinding out wins this year when the 3 isn't there.

Didn’t have to pass the ball. We were up. Yup, Jrue should have made that dunk, but he was bothered by JJJ and hurried the shot.

Not a great game by most of our players outside KP and Hauser.

They clearly thought they were going to waltz in and just win because that's how they approached it mentally for the most part. Shades of the ECF in the first few games.

Nonetheless, a win is a win and there is a clear lesson from the past two games that we have to bring energy as well as our talent.

Grizzlies honoured the game with a Marcus like effort from start to finish, but in some level of irony, it was the fact we had KP instead of Marcus that enabled us to win it.

Spoiler:
Refs had put money on it, atrocious.

Easy win.

Brown for VC.

It's just a matter of time.

The Jays are starting to recognize KP's greatness inside the paint.

Hard to believe they would not be better after the All-Star break.

Hauser missed a 2 pt FG attempt for only the second time all season. (He's made 6 of them, along with his 38 3s on 78 tries and 4 FTs on as many tries.)
Banned temporarily for, among other sins, being "Extremely Deviant".

Perfect chaotic tribute the Celtics could give to former teammate Marcus Smart who was watching in the sidelines. Holiday would've been tarred and feathered had Aldama made that three or had Porzingis not existed in our closing lineup as in years past.

The Celtics shot slightly better from three though lol, just didn’t take enough of them.

This team is also loaded with good shooters, c’mon.

The Red Hot Grizzlies also shot worse from 3 than the Cs. They just took more of em. Weird game to complain about Cs taking 3s when this was the 2nd least amount we took this season in terms of 3-pt attempt rate.

What stood out is the 21 second chance points (season-high) we gave up. The Grizzlies shot poorly esp from 2 all game but we couldn't secure the board to finish defensive possessions.

Everyone was bad outside of KP and Hauser. It happens and we move on but I hope we kick the crap out of the hornets.

If you really wanna find a good thing that happened; it’s that we keep winning in different ways which is important but I do not enjoy the “get lucky” kind of wins lol.

Lots of fun games coming up. Bench will need to step up soon as we’re playing every other day for the next 5 games
