They’ll definitely bring it for that game.

They better because they're going to be gassed by the 4th

How you perform on back to backs is a strong indicator of your playoff potential.

So that really isn't what you want to see.

You also don't want to see your star player miss clutch free throws year after year.

I really don't wanna see players 3 feet off their defender with the game on the line like Jrue did either.

Horrible all around.

Would've been smacked if not for PP and JT.

Jrue and Jaylen were poo poo.

No White, no win.

Jrue and Jaylen made just an insane number of stupid plays on offense.

Jaylen may be unsalvageable as a crunch time decision maker. He's just too dumb.

They better hope White is back. 1-2 without him. Not sure what's going on with him. Having Brown on the ball late is asking for a loss. Jrue seems better off the ball late as well. He's too reckless, White is a better secondary option during clutch time ball handler/decision-maker. I will take his shot selection and decision-making over either.

If Jrue made his FTs then this would've been a Celtic win.

And JB taking that ill-advised 3 in OT shifted the momentum in favor of the Hornets.

How bad was that deep Brown three in overtime? And Jrue missing the two free throws was bad. But maybe worst of all, in a game where Tatum had 31 in the first half, he only scored 10 points in the second, and did not look for his shot at all in crunch time. He had one layup attempt that didn't go in. Stars and those wanting to be MVP have to step up at the end of close games. Tatum did not tonight.

7 turnovers by holiday and 5 pf’s by brown in addition to bad D and awful shot selection. This was a game where Svi or lamar or even bsnton should have gotten minutes. I still cant stand joe as a coach especially in a close game

Three if you want to include that 3pt bar fight against the Schroder led Raptors.

All games in which Boston had double digit leads and let them disappear in minutes.

I'm just here to blame Smart.

But JB is making up for it by channeling that inner Marcus Smart when he took that ill-advised 3 in OT.

That's a fair tweet. Up 9 with 2 minutes to go against the Hornets? Embarrassment is the minimum emotion they should be feeling.

We are shooting really bad as a team lately. We got saved by PP and Hauser the last 2 nights. Otherwise the shooting has been awful all around

Up 9 with 2 minutes. Two missed FTs to win in regulation. Missed FT to tie in OT. Throwing the ball away on the last possession. Lost to a lottery team. If that ain't an embarrassing loss, there there is no such thing in the NBA

We earnt that loss.

Plenty of opportunities across the team to put them away. Similar to last game, the other team played harder.

For someone who is lauded as a smart human being, Jaylen Brown can be a very dumb basketball player.

This game isn’t close without his 45 but have we ever seen Tatum get backcut three times in the same game?

Pissed, sure. It was a horrid loss, that part of the tweet is fine. The team shouldn’t be embarrassed that they lost a regular season game lol.

Semantics thing though.

Celtics aren’t winning anything if brown doesn’t significantly improve. It’s crazy the Celtics are 11-3 with the way brown has been playing.

He’s always had bad IQ, never a good free throw shooter, and doesn’t have good court awareness but idk what the heck is going on with his jumpshot. That midrange used to be automatic and one of the Celtics safest plays on offense but so far this season he can’t shoot for **** and can’t make wide open threes consistently. Whenever he attacks the hoop it just looks like a disaster waiting to happen when he used to be a great finisher. All around mess right now and it’s killing the team.
