the pacers have the 5th worst defense in the league. they're gonna start to fall off some. they know he doesn't help on that end.

Obi playing well off the bench though. Nothing really wrong with that.

Having 2 small players in the backcourt doesn't work.

Theres that...but also all these other cats that now have shot opportunities, making them less predicable/more difficult to defend.

The Cavs will have to make a decision before the trade deadline as to which player they are going to trade between Garland and Mitchell.

there isn't. but there was a narrative on here that we could replace randle with him and not miss a beat. or even be better. that was/is silly. and i don't even like randle.

He's averaging over 20 MPG, more than he ever got here. Some of his numbers this season are very good, others meh. His 2 FG% is 75% on a good sample size so he must be getting his share of outlet passes which means at least they are trying to utilize him more effectively. He'll be fine and figure out his role if he continues to get those minutes.

Obi already coming off the bench? I guess it wasn't Randle and Thibs, IHart, Burks, Noel holding him back from stardom

True, but he may have had continued value on our current second unit. The problem last season was he was getting parked into the corner and he's not that guy. He's an opportunistic scorer whose production for the minutes he played here was quite good.

But he's a twig with terrible lateral movement so he was never going to help us much defensively or on the boards and you need one of those two to keep Thibs happy. Randle boards at least.

Obi get more shots coming off the bench. In the Starting unit he was the 5th option and he played 34 min second only to Haliburton and closed the game.

157-152 in an NBA game is a ridiculous score

what is this the ABA?

I admit these in season tournament games have been good. The League just needed to screw the Knicks schedule to make all of them

Nothing wrong with that, he just has the box score of a bench wing.

They've been pretty so-so since Oubre has been out, never thought a team would miss Kelly O.

You think it has to happen that soon?
