I don't know why we passed on dick for Jett. Honestly with him and Anthony black it'd be a good draft. Black Dick would be exactly what this team needs.

Black-Dick draft combo, huh? Not sure that's what our team needed, unless we're going in that gay direction in sports.

However, when they come back 100%, we need to have a discussion about them replacing Black and Goga.

Wendell is a really good starter and stretches the floor. He'll be okay... but with Fultz that will likely be a different story.

Thing is... wcj demands and wants to get his. GOGA is finr with the offensive boards and occasional alley/passes.

Gary with the sneaky +18 in 23 minutes. He's been more than solid.

Might be the saltiest Raptor fan I've ever seen, just bitching about refs and wanting to injure all of our players

Some people in this board have really jumped the shark with this in season tournament. Honestly you give me truth serum? I would love to be 3-1 and not make it so the guys get more time off. Playoffs is the goal. We have a game tomorrow night against the defending champions. Screw the tournament
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

It's the same number of games unless you're in the finals.

Can I say having a tradition center has been lovely.

Orlando does a great job of finding centers. :)

Just left the game after spending way too long buying stuff in the team store. So happy the Magic won in my single game on my vacation with my family.

And I caught a shirt from a t shirt cannon that said Play In Tournament. Collectors item lol!

Suggs in person was completely psychotic this game, which was insanely fun to watch. Man if he can score like this night in and night out, he has a real chance to be one of the most likable Magic players of all time.

Great game, Magic fans!

I missed the game but the comments have been a pleasure. Love what I’m reading about the team.

I finally realized in this game that the Magic don't do a lot of switching on defense. Remember how bad that used to be last season?

Well that was a good one. Glad to see us keep pedal to the floor and not give up any kind of comeback.

Kind of shocked looking at boxscore and Franz finished 8/18, was thinking the whole game that Franz hadn't been able to make anything, but at the end of the day he got 17 on not terrible shooting.

Thought Harris looked really good on offense. Some nice cuts, a couple bonehead defensive plays but oh well.

Suggs that outlet pass right at the beginning was just sick. Also stuffing a windmill attempt by Siakam...even if they called a foul.

Wasn't Black's best game.

Goga with a 5 by 4 5/7/6/5 pretty cool.

Paolo...chef's kiss

i am probably nitpicking a bit too much this entire post, thought it was a great showing, but one thing i have been noticing a bit lately. Isaac has been a beast at the rim....but his perimeter defense isn't close to what it used to be. He got cooked on the outside a couple times tonight, at least once was a pretty big guy, can't remember who. His steals numbers are huge, he's just not as good as staying in front of guys...he might just be a different kind of defender now.

I remember people called that out late last season before he got injured again.

Wouldn't the math mean they'd only have to BEAT them by half the pt. diff in a H2H match up since for every pt. you win by, it'd also be -1 in pt. diff for the losing team so a 7 pt win H2H is a 14 pt swing in pt. diff?

Yes sir, you're right. Either way we will still need a big win to beat them out as they still have a game against the Bulls after us.

We don’t have to as much. Our perimeter defense is stout and we are defending the rim well.

This guy maths. It's 17 vs. 6 right now so we'd have to beat them by 6.

But it's meaningless because Boston and the Nets still have games to play, so the numbers could be all different.
