We’re dealing with a Sidney Moncrief knee. This is a big problem.

funny and sad how khris has gone from being the #1 celtics killer to them being by far his worst matchup on paper

Of course , national game and we play like dog crap! Our big three come up small , while their big three light it up ! It does seem anytime Tatum drives he will always get a call , in fact no matter who it is for Boston they always get the touch foul go their way. While we can get mugged !

Khris used to be a good defensive player. Tonight he makes Beasley look like DPOY
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Dre felt like our best player in the 1st half and he only played 5 minutes.

Not sure if that's a testament to Dre or a testament to how bad everyone else was lol.

it's going about how i expected. Giannis needs to slow it down a little and just look to build advantages when he has the ball as opposed to trying to beat his man to the hole every time. he had been doing this lately, now he's reverted to early season Giannis. We just played one of the worst defenses in the league and now we are playing one of the best so that's probably a part of it. if Boston continues to drain 3s, you have to stop caring about the result and just focus on executing and learning as much as you can.

I know one thing. We found out today that Dre is a total gamer and will not be scared of big situations. That's huge. Now if we can compress 3 seasons of growth into one regular season, we will be all set.

I really hope you're wrong but he looks inept laterally.

He can still manufacture looks on offense, though. Maybe deploying him to lead the 2nd unit is what needs to happen.

I think we've been saying that since the first few games. We still as fans have no idea what this team is trying to be, because we're middling to average at all aspects.

Khris off the bench isn't the worst play, honestly.

Or heading to the airport early

regardless of his defensive limitations, i like what he's doing on offense. they just aren't falling. but he's been making great decisions for the most part.

Reading through this board and everyone needs to relax. Remember 5 games ago when we were going to fire Griffin?

We are down 14 with double anomalous shooting not in our favor. Griffin pulled Middleton immediately after he let Brown drive right with no help in semi-transition - huge change in coaching from Bud that we've called for. Dre and Marjon are more than holding their own. For the first time in 5 years, I don't feel like we need superhero Giannis to beat Boston. I think we just need expected performances from our best which to me is so encouraging.

Honestly with this shooting discrepancy we should probably be down a lot more. It’s within reach right now if Giannis and Dame can get it going and they cool off

That and he's terrified to shoot.

As bad as his defense was it actually felt like he killed us more by passing up good shots.

Have to be blind and dumb not see Khris isn't right and may not be moving forward.

His offense has been on point all year. No doubt he doesn't have the lateral agility to hang with athletic wings anymore. Time and injuries got him. I'll never forget his D on Durant in 2021.
