Such a forced fit cause he is tight with the coach. Scottie at point, Siakam as the go to scorer and OG as the 3+D++ is the dream.

He would fit better than Siakam the next 4 years.

Barnes/OG and Lavine would make for a very good offence, he is one year younger then Siakam and gives us that explosive SG this team needs

OG is showing that his defence and 3 point shooting is way too valuable. Siakam and Barnes will always be overlaps and that is never going to change. You can keep Yak on the floor longer with Lavine minus Siakam

It got a bit dicey midway through the 4th when the bench allowed a bit of a run then the starters checked in and were just going through the motions, but the game never felt in doubt. Just a good win against a bad team. I'll take it.

Big contributions from all of our top 7 tonight, but an extra shout-out goes to Achiuwa for a very good all-around game. Even with a few sloppy passes and a questionable drive or two, he was very impactful in his 18 minutes as he put up 8/7/4/3. I'd love it if he can find some consistency in his game again because he makes us much better when his 15-20 minutes aren't full of questionable decisions.

14 assists in the last 3 games. Is the playmaking 5 Darko envisioned actually starting to come to fruition?

I haven't given up hope on Achiuwa. I still see a lot of potential in his game if he can be reeled in a bit. His defence has always been very good and he shows flashes on the offensive end where you can tell he actually does have a feel for the game if you give him a definitive role. He's averaging almost 3 more assists per36 so far this season than in his first 3 seasons.

It's crazy that Achiuwa set up Barnes more for easy scores than any starter.

Darko sure as **** is not setting him up for stardom this season. Guess he must think he's not ready.

And make sure the clip starts early to watch Siakam fly by PW then stand outside the arc while others played defense. He was hoping to pad his stats with an outlet pass from someone.

Y’all gotta get a grip man. Did pascal bang your wife or something?

Are we gonna get mad that og had more shots than Scottie? Or is it only when pascal does?

These people litter the game threads with Scottie’s shot count. Its annoying AF.

No thanks, as much Lavine scores on offense he gives up on defense. Injuries history. $40MM means can't bring back siakam and OG

This team has been built to absorb a high scoring bad defender, it would be fine.

Good win and great contributions from our top guys. Good team win. Being 8-8 isn’t too bad considering who we’ve played.

His job is to make the Raptors a winning team, not to help Barnes become a star.

winning 42 games a year for the next few season (if lucky) if scottie doesn't become a star

Ok and? It was literally one possession. You guys nit pick everything pascal does while everyone else gets a pass. We got a win and everyone played well why are we even talking about that play?

Pascal played well today he was getting his teammates involved and not forcing his offense. Sure he gives up some blow bys, but if you guys take off the Scottie fan boy glasses you’d see it happens to everyone once in a while.

Problem is the Bulls would never do a Lavine for Siakam swap other than dumping Lavine's contract.. Only way we could pull that off is if another team(or teams) get involved. Never really seen masai pull off multiple team deals unless i'm mistaken.. Hard enough for him to get a deal done with one team not named San Antonio. Lavine for Siakam Swap would make us miles better no doubt with fit alone.

If this team plays hard and takes care of ball consistently we'll have a winning record.

our turnovers lead to alot of points.

our offense seems functional against mediocre to bad defensive teams. we struggle to score vs. good defenses. fixing that will determine our season.

Hell no. Lavine is a $25 million player with a $45 million contract, whose best ability is being good enough to lose. Completely empty calories.
