presumably for taking a shot in a decided game. point-differential for in-season tournament would explain it, but both teams were already eliminated before the game

personally, i think players should look inward instead of getting mad at the other team. you didn't play well enough to prevent this situation

I agree... it's why I thought we looked soft when we cried to the Celtics when they were smacking us around.

We don't need to trade Pascal to get Lavine! Haha, oh my the disrespect is real. Also, Pascal is a two way player, and has more value than Lavine.

Pascal is a 2 way player only a few plays a game now. Saves his energy for offense

Pretty sure it will be a different story in the playoffs

Which is ironic because Darko and Schroeder threw a temper tantrum when the Celtics did it to us lol.

This was different because we were trying to let the clock run down but they kept playing actual defense so Pascal said screw it and put up a shot and Yak fought for the rebound.

If Lavine was already on the Raptors they still would not be contenders.

Do you have a rationale for that comment? Seems totally baseless considering everyone on this board screaming that this team needs a flat out scorer. What would we be missing?

It's hard to think Lavine could turn any team from play-in into a championship contender but we'd be a lot better for sure.

Lavine provides us exactly what we're weak at and his weakness is already our strength so it wouldn't hurt us as bad. Sometimes a fit is more important than the player's skill level itself.

I think we were justified regardless for a grown man telling his daughter to scream at the other teams free throws.

I think Demar missing free throws at the end of the earlier game, and missing a bunch tonight, is either karma or him subconsciously apologizing for his daughter's actions
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

Siakam passed the ball to Scottie in low post with Caruso on him, Scottie just passed it right back. Scottie gotta recognize advantage when there is one

that's not what happened AT ALL. he passed to scottie in the corner when his own man is in position to shade.

What's with these hot-take thread titles? Makes Real-GMers sound like nephews who became Raptors fans in 2019.

Shams tweeted Lillard to the Raps & Pascal wasn't in that deal, you expect us to go after Lavine with Pascal? That doesn't add up.

The Lakers & sac, and possibly NY, are the teams that media said would be interested, and those teams have guys like rui, Kevin Huerter, monk.

Again Gary is essentially worthless and not getting LaVine. I could see the Kings interested and interested in being 3rd team with Siakam going to Kings

When you factor Dame is 33 and Lavine is 28, LaVine has more value because Bucks will be paying a 35-35 year 58 & 60 mllion

We would obviously need to include Dick or at least 1 1st round pick on any trade. Personally I would trade Trent, Thad, Temple and Dick for Lavine.

Barnes/ Schroder
Lavine/ Flynn
OG/ Porter
Siakam/ Boucher
Poeltl/ Precious

You still haven't even attempted to build a trade with sac or the Lakers, and even in your 3 team deal, who's getting sent out to Chicago to match roughly the 40million outgoing with Zack??

Interesting. People's definitions of what his job is seem to change on a daily basis. One day he's brought in for development, the next he's brought in for wins.

He's not Scottie Barnes' personal development coach.

Really, the only blemish was Dennis 1-9, and Siakam 1-6, from 3. That number of attempts shouldn't be happening, especially when you don't have it going on from there.

Man, that must be tough being a a Bulls fan. A lot of us have been confused as to what it is they have been trying to do. Do they blow it up? Obviously we know what they should do, but their FO is pretty bad. And the 6-10 spots in the East are not too far out of reach (yet).

Even the most ardent anti-tankers would have to admit that they need to go full scorched earth here. I don't see a quick fix. The only player they have (or should I say HAD) with any promise was Williams and he looks awful this season.

Someone tell Demar that Siakam needed to pad his stats because he did not get his 25 plus shots tonight because Bulls were packing the paint with a true 7 footer inside.

When Pascal's volume is low, it's because he can't go into the paint against a true 7 footer. When Scottie's volume is low, it's because everyone else took all the shots. Oh, and both somehow mean Masai is washed, Bobby doesn't do anything, Jakob is ass, Dick is the biggest bust of all time and definitely no Walker Kessler, and FVV should be sent to Siberia.

Insert an ItsDanger obligatory drive by.

I'm sure that's what they're willing to offer. That's a lot closer to GTJ + Boucher or precious or Dick than Pascal like this poster is talking about
