I will say I don't think WCJ can operate in the gaps of the defense like Goga can. As each game goes by they are probably realizing his strengths over WCJ's. He can pass, finish, doesn't really get exposed too badly on switches onto smaller players, and offers decent rim protection.

Poor defense... Can't let an explosive offense in Charlotte loose like that.

More imprortantly, the ball doesnt stick to his hands and he also doesnt demand the touches. Its fine for him to be the garbage man or the recepient of a pass for his points.

I think that's what happens with Black instead of Fultz also. When the first unit shares the ball, moves it quickly, and makes the extra pass the offense is pretty good.

We're 0-2 when Isaac doesn't play giving up 117.5 ppg. We lost to Dallas and the Clippers.

Yeah.. with Black and Goga, PB and Franz know they are higher in the totem pole and can chuck away. With WcJ and Fultz, i feel they tend to defer a little to their " big bros vets" and thus allow them to do something with the ball

Yeah someone had the numbers, it's obvious but yeah Fultz dominates the ball.... The ball seems to stick more with him than without but at the same time I feel things are a bit more structured? Yeah definitely some things have to be tweaked when they come back.... We can't go back to how we were playing earlier in the season with both Dell and Fultz in the lineup

Goga can move the ball and somewhat finish and is a very good rim protector. But he can't stretch the floor and score like Wendell.

Defensively it's a wash because even though Wendell isn't much of a rim protector but is good at moving around defensively and is good at switching and playing against more physical/bigger players.

Before he went down statistically (though small sample size). He was top 3 defensive big when it came to players scoring in the paint against him.

You can see how much a Wendell Carter is needed against the Elite/really good teams.
