YOUR Washington Bullets are 2-14!

9 STRAIGHT losses! But the streak is in danger on Monday night.

The Bullets play the 2-14 Pistons who have been a bit of a disappointment. Year 4 under Troy Weaver and Year 1 with Monty Williams is already looking like a setback. Detroit's roster seems to not fit together namely its young core.

So who tanks harder?

The Pistons have won 4 of their last 41 games going back to last season.
They have lost their last 13 in a row.
They have lost their last 8 matchups against the Wizards.

Have I said enough to jinx the Wizards?

Pistons in the 5th year of rebuild, highest win total 23. Their current rotation includes draft picks 1, 2, 5, 5, 7, 12, 13, 16, 25.

I think we win this game but I see our rebuild taking at least 5 years as well.

The Wizards are bad, but they've been in games and with a few breaks here and there they'd have 5-6 wins at this point.

I find it hard to believe that they're as bad as the Pistons, but you never know.

Expecting a blowout in favor of Washington, but #soWizards so..

Ted finally got a new front office structure after 13 years owning the team.

He’s on record saying they shoulda been rebuilding.

He finally listened to the fans. For once.

I thought the Pistons would be a bit better given what Troy Weaver had to work with. It’s year 4 for this front office.

I thought Cade would take a big step forward. As has Duren before he got hurt a few weeks ago...

But….

Ivey is struggling as he’s a on ball player. He is learning how to play off it.

Killian Hayes was a bad pick. That’s been very evident.

I like Isiah Stewart for where they drafted him. They already traded away Sadiq Bey.

And the guys they’ve picked up… it just doesn’t fit.. Bagley has played better but he can’t defend. Wiseman has same issues he had in GSW..

And the veterans like Bojan, Monte and Joe Harris haven’t played though they would give floor spacing that’s badly needed.

Monty Williams is holding guys accountable but he’s never been an innovative coach. It’s going to be interesting to watch this progress.

Hard not to still be mad about the decade-plus of the Grundler and Grundle Jr. Amazingly sucky just for that. Also about the MLK/Leonsis picture they put out a while back. Also about sub-par urinal cakes early on, though Terd made a ton of progress on that front.

But yeah, at least 'we will never tank' is dead and gone.

I'd trade rosters with the Pistons in a heartbeat. I still think they will get better as the year goes on. Flip Saunders would say we're probably going to get worse after the trade deadline.

I wouldnt say bad game ! just missed 2 open 3's and his usual euro step! He needs to cut and create more for himself off the ball, but for that you gotta have other players passing the ball !! Not initiating enough when he gets the ball as well !
His 2nd half will be better !
