Probably not the place for it, but my friend and I are starting a Packers/Bucks podcast and would love some feedback! Very rough but I am just getting starting and learning all of this editing magic. Thanks in advance if you listen at all!

This performance skyrocketed the Packers defensive DVOA from 28th to 18th.
Offense 16th
Defense 18th
Special teams 30th
DVOA gives the Packers a 58% chance to make the playoffs

Outside of KC, Packers remaining offenses they face are ranked (in DVOA):
NYG: 31st
TB: 22nd
CAR: 30th
MIN: 19th
CHI: 25th
They face only two top 16 defenses as well (KC - 8, MIN - 9).
Pretty easy remaining schedule. Only face one QB who you would consider starter quality the rest of the way.

If they somehow beat KC, 11 wins is entirely possible if not probably. Nuts
Do it for Chuck

Don't do it to yourself guys, root for wins but having expectations with this squad is a recipe for disappointment. They are very capable of losing any game.

Win or Lose, as long as the youth continues to improve and build good habits, all you can really hope for. Getting a higher pick, doesn't guarantee 100% success as we've seen time and time again 1st round guys wind up playing 2nd fiddle to guys drafted day 2,3, and undrafted.

Absolutely. I'm past the point of caring about the pick because they are out of the Williams/May zone.MKE_Hodag22 wrote:WeekapaugGroove wrote:Don't do it to yourself guys, root for wins but having expectations with this squad is a recipe for disappointment. They are very capable of losing any game.

The schedule is so trash, i'd be surprised if we didn't make the playoffs. The Vikings are 1 game ahead and suck and the Seahawks (also 1 game ahead) are playing terribly with a super difficult schedule.

I think depends on where we fall, and who falls in the draft. Appears to be some really solid OT's that could be in that 10-20 range. (Mims-Oklahoma, Latham-Alabama, Barton-Duke) or a few really good WR/CB/EDGE that would be in the BPA range. Personally, I like Mims from Oklahoma of the Tackles and Dallas Turner (OLB, Alabama). But, to each their own. Always fun to speculate.

Even if they fall into the late teens or early 20s, they have those extra 2nd and 3rd rounders to use as ammunition to move back up to the single digits. Would absolutely do it for Bowers or one of the top WRs.

Yea it would really suck if our young QB played well, our Head coach coached well, and the players our GM acquired played well. That'd just be terrible

I would think Bucks fans should be familiar with treadmill teams; I'm not switching to an optimist because they beat the Chargers and Lions when I don't believe the QB, the coach, the GM, or team president are championship material. Sure tho, lock these mediocre losers up and waste the rest of the decade not winning ****.

I think this is the exact opposite of a treadmill team. The organization realized it was time to rebuild and has built the youngest team in the NFL. I did the math a few weeks ago and over the last decade the youngest team averages 5 wins per season. We are already at that mark with 6 games to go yet. The best of those teams was the 2022 Lions who went 8-9, we have a real chance to equal or best that mark this year. We are certainly ahead of schedule on our rebuild and it's because Love has played well, our coaching staff has done a good job developing young players, and our GM has acquired good young players to be developed. We aren't signings mediocre vets to try and chase a playoff spot which is what a treadmill team would do(Saints, Buccaneers, etc.)

They won the last 2 weeks and still have a losing record so "playing well" is relative, its not like they couldn't have lost those games either then where would the narrative be? Truth is I haven't liked the direct of this team for some year so I'm going to have a hard time accepting anything less than a Superbowl contender to change my mind which coming from these jokers I'll have to see to actually believe.

Re: 2023 Packers News, Transactions, Trades - Leavitt waived, Taylor to active roster, Robinson to PS
The direction of the team is based predominantly on how good Love is. It’s still an incomplete picture, but as of today he’s 10th in EPA/dropback with the youngest offense by far in football and really no Left Tackle worth **** all year.
https://www.nfeloapp.com/qb-rankings/
Now, am I saying it’s a sure thing Love is the guy? No. But that’s really all that matters this season. Barry gone would also be nice but him and MLF are too close personally it appears.
I like Reed, Musgrave, Wicks, Heath, and Tom a ton on offense. Jury still out on Watson, they need him to be the guy if the offense is really going to take off.
On defense they have plenty of talent but need a coaching staff.
Draft - will have 5 picks in the top 82 or so to add to youngest team in football.
Also, that youngest team in football may make the playoffs.
I don’t know - not seeing a terrible outlook at all.

I don't see how the youngest team in the league getting better as the season goes on is not a positive. Still a lot of work to do obviously.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I'm not even sure treadmill team is even applicable in the NFL. **** the Packers last SB win they were a wildcard that barely made the playoffs.
Im not a fan of Gute and I'm not quite at the point of anointing Love yet but I can't see how their play the past couple weeks can be viewed as anything but positive and encouraging for the future.
