Who is our SGA stopper?

I think he's referring to his cousin! NAW. (to be fair NAW did a great job on SGA in the play-in game last year, but MIN needs Edwards, NAW, and TB Jr to mark him tonight)

Looking at Stats ANT is a poor man's SGA. Similar Stats, but SGA is a bit better in virtually every stat you can measure. FG%, EFG%, FT%, Points, Rebounds, Assists. PER. ANT shoots more 3s, but SGA still has the better EFG%. I didn't find steals and blocks at a quick glance, but I found steal and block %s which both also favored SGA.

Edit: I found Steal and blocks and SGA buries ANT in those 2.3 to 1.4 and .9 to .4.

Thanks. If NAW Stops SGA I believe we will win. By stopping him I mean hold him to 25 points or less at under 50FG%. Or Let him get his 30, but at 45FG% or worse. Also I'd like him to limit SGA to 5 FTA or less. You can't actually STOP SGA. You can only hope to contain him. :o

I will say this...I think SGA might get the best of NAW tonight, but the difference in the game will be if KAT and Rudy can get the better of Chet.

I personally don't really care so much about the point differential stuff at this point. Just get the win!

A win is a win is a win is a win is a win.
Win and we are 2 games up on OKC plus H2H tiebreaker. Lose and we are tied and they hold the H2H tiebreaker. This is a very big game.

The NBA goofed not having this game on National tv. The two top teams in the west playing head to head. The only downside is we are out of the tournament contention likely. If this game had serious tournament implications it would be a massively missed opportunity.

These turnovers are killer. OKC hasn't capitalized we should be down 10.

I've actually got a good vibe about this game now. We've weathered their storm and about to go on our run.

The defense had kept us in the game so far. In any other years, we would be down 30 to 17 by now.

Maybe I'm wrong. They're shooting 50% we're shooting 25%

If Ant ever develops a consistent mid-range game like SGA, then SGA would be a poor man's Ant.

I couldn't have been more wrong. They just went on a 9-0 run. 1 point deficit to 10.
SGA 6-6 so far. So much for our SGA stopper.
