beasleys been great for weeks. use a different comp

Beasley, as we knew before the games started, can shoot but is very poor at almost everything else. He's the perfect comp and he's a microcosm of everything that is fundamentally wrong with this team. He, not Bango, should be our mascot, and there are times that this nearly comes to fruition when he dances (which i actually like).

It was an honest question... :dontknow:

8 teams advancing is plenty imo

Expand the league then expand the tourney. 4 regions of 8 teams. Each region gets 2 teams. There are 7 IST games instead of 4. Semis are mid December as a promo for Xmas Day games.

I couldn’t watch the whole game but I’m glad they pulled it out at least. Would like to start blowing these type of teams out (bad and/or injured). Being clutch is nice, but it kinda of reminds me of the suns that got destroyed against the Mavs. Being able to win close and ugly games is a great thing, having to win games close and ugly isn’t.

This roster with Spoelstra would go 74-8 at WORST

So you only have to win like 2 games.

It’s the nba. .500 gets you into the playoffs

I mean it makes total sense tbh lol. They have two top 75 players of all time, one of them a swiss army knife two-way monster, the other one of the most cold blooded late game assassins in recent memory. Pair those two together, throw in the occasional late game Khris heroics and they’re going to overwhelm most teams in the clutch just by those 2 (sometimes 3) alone, when they’re all the way locked in.

The other 43-44 minutes are when scheme/structure actually matters, and that’s where the Bucks having the dumbest coach in the league really hurts them.

Even as a fire Bud guy it pains me to think of what Bud could do with this roster with Dame to help lead the way in late game situations.

What are we talking about here?

I had a parlay going and needed .5 points from Giannis with under 30 seconds or so. Got an emphatic dunk from him to cash.

3 divisions means 9 IST games. Possible but that is a lot and makes basically 40% of Nov games part of the IST

ETA: I misread as 3 total divisions. Not by conference.

Had a similar bet yesterday. Figured Josh Dobbs anytime TD at +190 was easy money, had me sweating until the end.

PG Heat - Win

Post#96 » by steger_3434 » Wed Nov 29, 2023 3:28 am

In prior years this team would be in maybe 15 close games a year. With Dame we probably go 12-3 in those games now. Say the other games we get blown out maybe 5 times. The rest we blow teams out. Dame on this team 2 years ago and we go 74-8

Unless he would duct tape your mouth shut, you would be wrong.

I worked the reverse jinx to perfection, you should be thanking me...lol.

Your comment here was actually pretty funny though.

im going to stick to the numbers that at this point are becoming obvious. as his numbers on and off the court and his net rating spikes im going to escalate my displeasure to the peanut gallery about it as well.

and obviously hes been a total flamethrower on offense. im talking specifically about his defense within this stupid scheme fwiw. everybodys bad but hes actually been a bright spot for what was expected

I wonder if these guys can play closer to that 4th quarter level earlier in the game? Maybe this is more fun for them. I mean they almost pulled it off in Boston too.
